The absolute BEST soda maker money can buy...
I've been postponing reviewing this Breville Infizz Fusion soda maker for a while because I really wanted to give it a fair chance to fail. I've had it for about 3 weeks and I've been using it 3-4 times a day. This unit is replacing another brand of soda maker that has the exact capabilities as this Breville and at less than half the cost. The problem is the other brand's machine has failed me twice and from what I can tell it's all due to poor quality in manufacturing and design. The US maker has replaced the unit under warranty, but each time it's meant being down for at least 2 weeks at a time. I own other Breville kitchen products and they are typically overbuilt in terms of quality. That's the plus. The downside is they are always more expensive and sometimes by a lot, as in this case. But, if you appreciate the expression, "you get what you pay for" then you'll feel the sting of the higher price a lot less. I took the leap and I'm super glad I did. The whole unit is obviously designed with quality in mind and made to last. The critical part that has been failing on my other maker's machine is the head that attaches to the bottles. On the Breville the difference is night and day. The unit is very substantial and heavy in the hand. The tube is stainless steel and the whole thing wreaks of quality. Ok, the Breville doesn't come with a CO2 cartridge and it has only one big bottle that limits the quantity you can fizz, but all that is easy to remedy by simply pulling out your credit card just one more time. Yes, you'll need to buy a CO2 bottle and you'll want to buy the small bottles, as well. But, while that is jacking up the price to an even more unreasonable level it's pain you'll only have to endure once. I'm expecting this soda maker to last me for decades with regular use and simple care. I don't see any weaknesses, but only time will tell. One last thing to mention before I close this review. I have chronic kidney disease and I'm convinced the reason I acquired the medical problem is because of one simple factor in my life, dehydration. If you don't drink enough water in your day then toxins build up in the tissues of the kidneys that cause cellular pathways to die off and they don't regenerate. That's why so many elderly people develop CKD. Your doctor will tell you that we all need to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, but have you ever tried to choke down that much water on a regular basis? It's not as easy as you might think and the reason is it's totally BORING!! The flavor powder packets you can buy in various flavors are a real Godsend in this regard. It helps with the boring part, almost. If you mix up a root beer packet in a water bottle it will have a great flavor, but who like to drink flat root beer? No me. That's the reason the fizzy soda makers are enjoying their huge success today. Nobody likes flat soda. So, you can dip your toe into the shallow end of the pool and go cheap or you can trust what I'm telling you and jump into the deep end. I just wish someone had convinced me to spend the bigger bucks on the first go rather than wasting my money on low quality manufacturing. Breville won't disappoint, but you have to get into the right mindset first. If it helps let me just also tell you that your new Breville will turn cheap white wine into great tasting champagne with the press of the lever. It's versatile that way. It will also re-fizz a flat can of soda or turn out great fizzy cocktails at your wet bar. Be an adult and just belly up. You won't regret it.

Worth it
The plastic button on my SodaStream broke and I was so unhappy with their customer service that I went looking for another brand. The InFizz is a MAJOR step up from SodaStream in every way. The build is solid, with metal parts that will last, a smooth carbonation mechanism, and better drink results. I’m using the same CO2 canister as the SodaStream but getting better carbonation. The InFizz is easy to use and the stainless finish is beautiful on the kitchen counter. The InFizz was a bit of a splurge, but the quality and likely longevity is well worth the money. I’m very, very happy with my purchase.

Works Great, Looks Great
Expensive (I got mine on sale) but ultimately works just fine. The thing I've realized is that the core function of distributing CO2 is fairly simply and perhaps not worth the $200 I spent on this. And then you have the connection itself, which other cheaper brands also offer the ability to fizz anything. So then what are you really paying extra for? The brand and the look. And no one I know cares about the brand. It's sleek and sturdy. And works fine with the SodaStream subscription. Ultimately, I'm convinced they're padding their margins at the $250 price, but on sale it's a more reasonable purchase. I got two extra bottles for the family at BestBuy. My only complaint is the plastic bottles. I really wish they could do glass, but I also know that the risk of it exploding is higher. Also note that the bottles have an expiration date. Which is to say that the constant expansion over time creates a risk of failure. I'm weirded out by people who rate the taste or level of carbonation on the device itself when that's really tied to the water and CO2 itself. I suppose there's different tolerances for the amount of pressure allowed between brands. After 5 seconds mine hisses, indicating that I've hit the target limit. I can continue carbonating after to create a bit more but of course the excess gas will escape.

Great product
Love this thing, I carbonate home made juices that I make . So good! Its with the money, it is very simple, just pop in twist and push the lever down for 1 sec at a time. I noticed that its better if you put cold drinks in, the sizzle seems to stick better also if you can wait till next day for all the people who like lots of sizzle lol. I dont know how much co2 that I used but iv still on the same canisters I think its been about 8-9 months not sure if use this atleast once a week usually Moore. 32-64 ounces is usually what I like to make at a time as everyone loves to enjoy it. . The cleaning tools makes it quick and simple to get into the bottles curves ans the cap that you make the co2 with .

Simple, Sleek became kinda everyday use .
I’ve been using the Breville InFizz Fusion almost every single day, and it has completely changed my hydration game. Unlike other soda makers that feel like cheap plastic, this one feels premium and looks amazing in the kitchen. Finally i did give up on coke and other soft drinks and making my own stuff with it .

Say Goodbye to Store Bought Bubbly Water! Make your Own!
I buy a lot of kitchen gadgets. Some stay on the counter, and some go in the cupboards. Not this one. I use this every day, all day. I am a bit of a bubbly water junkie, and I was tired of spending cash on waters with simple juice ingredients just because I craved that addicting bubbles. No more! I am sustainable, I am drinking a ton of water, and I am saving money. Win, win, win! I had a Soda Stream in the past, and it did not live up to my expectations, so I upgraded. This is beautiful on the counter, and it is soo easy to use. You simply fill the container, fizz in the carbonation, pour your water into a glass, and enjoy. The bottle also stores nicely in the fridge to have water ready throughout the day. I promise if you buy this, you will say goodbye to cans and plastic bottles of bubbly water and will be making your own at home on a daily basis. This is one that will sit proudly on your counter and be used every single day. So, if you crazy bubbly, fresh, clean tasting water, this is the product for you. And, just think of the possibilities and recipes you can make on your own!

Exceeds my expectations
I’ve been using my InFizz device at least twice a day since I purchased it in November 2025. It works flawlessly. I only use it for water. But the carbonation is very strong. And the fizz often lasts through the day if I’m just sipping a large bottle of water. The only thing I wish is that Breville would produce glass bottles so that we didn’t have to deal with plastic and we could wash the bottles in the dishwasher for an extra sanitary experience. The water tastes way better than canned seltzer water because I filter it through my home filter. So happy with this purchase. If you like fizzy water I highly recommend you go with this product.

Great device, impossible to find bottles
I’m going to lower my rating because if the lack of support. One 1 liter bottle is not enough for a family, I knew that when I bought it and I ordered 4 more from Breville. The immediately charged my card and said they were shipped and provided me with the UPS tracking number. Several days later they tell me there is a delay but no details. In the meantime the charge has cleared my back and any emails to Breville go unanswered. Go with a brand that reply’s to customers. Personally if this is how paying customers are treated I can’t imagine how support will be handled if you need it. I bought this and really like how it works. First thing is, it does not come with any CO2 cartridge. Now that I have the CO cartridge, I really do like how it fizzes up drinks. The problem is that it only comes with one 1 L bottle. Extra bottles are impossible to get. I ordered directly from Breville and the order shows the shipped but they sent me an email saying that they have not. They have no idea when they will ship and now they’ve gone radio silence and refused to even update me.

SKOOKUM... Dare I say more?
OK... So I was a soda stream guy... a few years later for some reason our soda stream started going through the tanks like a hog and I started to look into it. There are a few simple valves that cost pennies but they wont sell them to you so that you have to buy a new one.... I am so glad they were like that because it is what drove me and my wife to look in our budget and decide to give a better reviewed and better looking Fizzer a try and we are sooooo glad we did. This unit is dare I say SKOOKUM! I honestly cant describe very well in words but the action is so smooth and everything looks like such high quality. The extra fizz head thing for sparkling beverages other than just water works so well and holds the charge if you want it to... all I can say is this thing is worth the money and at this point I cant see how you could feel you have gone wrong once you lay your hands on this baby!!!!
