Would this work to help remove a condom catheter with adhesive?

yes. But it took me a while to figure out how to use the spray. But it works on a condom cath.

How do you open spray top?

It's hard to open but if you smack the cap on a counter kind of like a spray paint can it will open. The first time is hard but after that it opens normally. It's really good stuff too

Is this alcohol free?

The only ingredient in the adhesive remover is hexamethyldisiloxane, which is an organic solvent. Hence it dissolves the medical adhesive. There is no alcohol as far I know.

Can you take this in your luggage on a plane?

It's a spray and possibly flammable. Probably okay in carry-on bags, better not in checked luggage.
