It's the ideal way to silence your overactive mind! When I use it, I'm at ease! The bowl is gorgeous! The set is priced right! I use mine to meditate with or without music! It's divine! Using it daily could change your life! We tend to overlook the need to relax! In these very stressful times, we all need a break! Using mine calms me in minutes! I am pleased by my purchase, I was glad to see the quality was not diminished even though it was one of the cheapest available on the site (at the time). I think Lord Buddha would be pleased to be serenaded by my new singing bowl, and in the name of humility, the price allowed me to obtain it, without having to make too great an effort and without having to spend too much time obtaining that money.In other words, I obtained an object that aids in my religious devotion without sacrificing the principles for which that religion stands because the material object was reasonably priced."good things"it sounds lovely and it's well crafted. I had heard about the singing bowl before but didn't know how effective it really was. I bought it for my wife who is having health issues. She does daily meditations so I thought it would be a nice gift. After the initial playing with it she called me into her office. There were my 2 wind dogs just sitting there. She told me it made her feel more relaxed. Great, a win. Later I tried sitting on a session and quickly found myself feeling more relaxed. But here`s the kicker. I was not meditating. I was just sitting listening to the bowl sing. Amazing!!!

I bought this for elementary school students to experiment with, and they love playing with it. Simple, yet fun.

The description said Tibetan hand made and I suppose it may be hand crafted but it wasn’t in Tibet. ‘Made in China’ printed right on the box.

This is a beautiful bowl, good value for the money. Sheer and useful mostly for decor. I assumed it would not be great at " singing" because of what I paid. I just needed it for decor. Maybe someone more skilled can make it work. I just can't therfore I can't attest to its ability. But it sure is pretty to look at!

The media could not be loaded.  This little bowl is amazing!! I’m not that good at playing it yet but it’s very relaxing and made of very thick metal, which looks to be of great quality.Comes with the little cushion for it to rest on and it looks just as great as it plays!!Highly recommend!!

Crafted very well and I like the minimalistic design. It’s lightweight, convenient to hold and just the right size for me. It took a bit of a learning curve and had to watch a couple of YouTube videos to get the right sound. When holding the bowl With cushion finger tips must not be touching the base of the bowl and should be extended out. When holding the bowl mallet finger should be two inches from the tip of the mallet. Rotate the mallet with full arm motion and not just the wrist. Produces great soothing sound.

The media could not be loaded.  Very well made, with a beautiful tone. I like to use it as a chime or bell myself but whether as a chime or singing it's an awesome gift and quite a conversation piece.

A good quality item for an amazing price. The sound is really good. I am very happy with my purchase! This is an item, I would consider gifting.
