Check the ingradients before ordering
The title of the item is misleading, as it has many more ingredients, besides Gond Siyah... This information is in fine print & users are advised to go thru' all the ingradients for their suitability to the patient (contraindications, if any)...I chose to return it as it did not meet my requirements of pure Gond Siyah, in the form of Capsule, Tablet or Goli...

These are not capsules
Box says these are capsules but i received entire block of Gond siyah. It’s difficult to measure how much to eat that’s why o wanted capsules now there is no option for return

Waste of money and time
No relief from joint pain. I completed one month course without break. Not even 5% relief. Tried to contact the producer but no response. A total waste of money.
