Silky Slick / Ceramic No Stick!
FANTASTIC QUALITY I bought a Ninja Foodi and saw the ad for the frying pan. I got the 10.25 inch in Midnight Blue. Beautiful. The color is beautiful the inside beige color is actually beautiful and the design including the handle which is solid and nicely shaped from an aesthetic standpoint but also with two fully solid rivets running through it it is a beauty. The first thing you notice when you pick it up is the weight. Any good cook knows that a thin light pan is a bad choice. You need a heavy pan which means that it has a lot of Steel in it. This comes down to what's called potential energy. Essentially there's Heat stored in the thickness of the metal so that when you place something icy cold in the pan it doesn't chill the whole pan down turning your saute into a boil. Immediately impressed with that. The handle as I said was also impressive and that it is solid the two arms that reach the pan are equally heavy and solid and the attachment is one that I am positive will never work itself out in any way. I cooked some chicken wings that I had that I just wanted to saute quickly and I didn't use oil at all and they slipped right out of the pan but here's the thing there was some brown crust from the skin and the juices left in the pan. I was able to take my standard nylon bottle brush and hold it only with my thumb and forefinger and kind of scoot it around and everything came off with one touch. I basically could have just swiped my hand across the inside of the pan and cleaned it completely. I won't be melting a box of crayons in it or getting a plastic bowl and melting it into goop but I have Wonder that it would probably stand up to the punishment and those items with fall right out. I think a lot of people are unaware of that when it comes to Teflon and non-stick coatings, they are poisonous and deadly when brought up to high heat. Ironically the very thing that people intend and think that they can do. They figured they can fry some potatoes in there at high heat and yet they're cooking in a bunch of bizarre chemicals made in a lab for consumption. This pan states in the ad that it can be brought up to 660ยฐ. That's insane. That's more than anything you're going to deal with and I am so incredibly happy with my purchase. I would highly advise people purchase the Ninja ceramic pan and set. They will know immediately upon first use that they made an excellent choice. On top of that that pan was $39. I didn't spend time shopping but that seemed far more reasonable than I expected and it was an easy choice to click purchase.

Versatile non-stick fry pan
This is the best fry pan that I have bought. It is truly nonstick and heats food consistently. Easy clean. We have since found that it will defrost frozen meat, chicken, fish faster than other methods (ie black trays), just leave the meat out in the pan on a work top. Defrosts in a couple of hrs or less.

My one go-to, all-purpose, low-maintenance kitchen pan
The item was a bit pricey, BUT, I cannot complain as the pan appears to perform exactly as Ninja claims. I bought the 12" size so that I could justify throwing out a few cheaper aluminum-based griddles and 10" pans with scratches and warping whose nonstick coatings may or may not have been some kind of more lightly coated ceramic-based material. This will handle all the same tasks with a single tool I've got to store somewhere- efficient! (Not to mention that the black/gray color scheme looks perfectly respectable--so long as I've wiped it out--just sitting on top of the stove ready for use, and coordinates perfectly with the rest of the kitchen appliances.) It is heavy, heats very evenly, achieves a nice sear on meats even on medium over an electric stove (useful so as to minimize the potential for heat-related sticking and damage to ceramic nonstick coating), and can be cleaned after use with a damp rag while still hot. As far as scratching and sticking, I never use any type of lubricant when I cook -- the key is to just let the pan heat up to *full* temperature before placing your food in it, if you are doing something other than simmering (i.e., pan-searing or using as a griddle). I can gently slide my cheapo, basic aluminum spatula up under the food to turn or remove it from the cooking surface without problem.

Food Sticks Every Time โ Waste of Money
I honestly regret buying this pan. It is advertised as โnonstick,โ but that is absolutely not my experience. From the very first use, everything started sticking to the surface. I tried using it multiple times for breakfast, and each time the result was the same: food stuck badly. It does not perform like a proper nonstick pan at all. Even with oil, the results were still very disappointing. Considering the price, I expected much better quality and performance. Unfortunately, it does not deliver on what it promises. Definitely not worth the money. At one point, the food stuck so badly that I couldnโt remove it properly, and the surface ended up getting scratched. Because of that, I had to throw the pan away. Very disappointing purchase.

decent pan, just a little small and expensive
Its okay and a little expensive for what it is. It was a lot smaller that i expected so its not ideal for me but if you are looking for a smaller pan this may be a good fit. Unlike a lot of other cheap pans, the riveted handles seems like it will hold up for a long time and wont get loose (I've had that happen enough times to be wary of that). It retains heat pretty well due to its thickness and doesn't have that bowing thing in the center so the flatness is a plus for sure.

Very slick no stick
This 12" pan is very slick, heats evenly, well made, looks nice, and super easy to clean. I replaced my last non stick because the coating has started to wear which isn't healthy. Not an issue with ceramic. The cooking surface is 9.5", flat, and the sides are 2" high which I find to be just about perfect for being able to flip things being fried, had having a decent volume. The handle is solid, comfortable and shaped well for stability. I already had a lid, so I was glad to no have to pay for a lid I don't need. Used as directed; Heat the pan, wipe on a drop of oil, and it has been totally non stick. This pan is thick and heavy enough to resist warping, but lighter than my cast iron pan. Time will tell, but my first few months of use have been great. Don't know how you can beat it for the price. That's all I can think of to say about it...hope this helps.

Iโd understand if this was a cheap pan but it is not. Everything about the pan is good except the paint on the outside of the pan. See video. Very, very flakey. Only hand washed and not stacked on other pans.

After 6 months has lost all non-stick properties. Everything getting stuck to the pan including eggs. I followed the instructions, kept the heat low to medium and used really soft brushes/detergents.
