I mainly bought this for my husband because his sleep has been restless. He will wake up a couple of hours before he needs to and can't go back to sleep. I started him on this a few nights ago and it worked wonders. He said he has slept good since taking. He takes 2 dropper fulls an hr before he goes to bed and doesn't wake up groggy. It tastes good too. I took a dose to see for myself and I have to say I had a wonderful nights sleep!

This lemon balm is the best. It tastes great is very potent. The bottle is a good size and the price is great compared to others. I just bought another brand that was recommended to me and it was more expensive, in a smaller bottle, almost clear and tasted like nothing. I will not be experimenting with any other brands, This one is the best!

I haven't insomnia and I have fibromyalgia and a few other things that I need help to relax and recoup they say this medicine could help people that have insomnia to sleep better All the way through the night and be more refreshed in the morning than you would normally be I think this is a remarkable product This is called lemon balm and it is really a true amazing thing that you get from nature so if you don't want to buy and get things that is behind the counter that big corporations put ...you don't have a clue what inside a bottle this definitely is all natural and is well worth every penny of the price that it cost it will also be cost-effective because you only need one drop in a glass of water tea whatever beverage you like shake it up before you use it and then just drop it in to a glass also you can put it under your tongue wait 10-15 seconds and then swallow it really is remarkable product that's made from nature I hope you like to try it I sure did it was very shocked and satisfied of the results
