The product's packet is very tightly packed. If you try to bend the packaging, it will probably rupture. Since there's no space to twist tie the packaging closed, you'll have to store the remaining product in another container. I didn't get a chance to try the product because the product packaging was leaking. This may be a defect by the manufacturer. From past experience with other similar products (Amara Hot Chocolate, Paladin Hot Chocolate), this amount of product might produce 3-4 servings. When I received the product from the seller, the product was tightly folded in half to fit into too tiny of a shipping box. Currently, there is only one seller of this product. If the leak is a manufacturing defect, the seller should have see the product leaking when they shipped it. If the leak was not a manufacturing defect, the packet was ruptured when it was placed in the shipping box. Even though the product was unopened, the seller wouldn't process a refund/replacement claim without photos of the undamaged shipping box they had been told was thrown out.
