These silicone molds are just what I needed for making brownies for bake sales for fundraisers. Love how they come out, nice and uniform in size. These are just as good as the expensive brand ones, in my opinion.

Gave as a gift to my daughter and she loves them! Uses then often to make the kids treats! And me! Glad I got her them! Haha!

They do a reasonable job, but no way are they nonstick, which I think odd for silicone. Gotta, gotta, gotta use a pam spray first and you will still end up soaking them, But they are utilitarian and reasonably priced.

I use this when preparing my egg breakfast muffins, brownies, you name it. It does not stick and baking spray is not needed either.

I find these difficult to use - they don't clean out very well and they are floppy. You have to use them on a sheet pan or you'll never be able to move them.

In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, I purchased the Silicone Muffin Pan and Brownie molds. I wanted to stop using paper muffin cups. The added bonus was the Brownie mold - now everyone gets a brownie with crust. I read several cooking websites about using Silicone to bake because I was worried about how the silicone would effect the taste and if I had to add cooking spray or oil to the molds. I baked muffins and brownies and I didn’t spray or oil the molds. They popped out easily, so yes it is easy to remove your baked goods. They were easy to clean, easier than the muffin pans. I felt the stability was excellent as far as silicone molds go. You can’t expect them to act like muffin tins. Based on my reading ahead, I placed an aluminum baking sheet under the mold before putting them in my convection oven. This worked without any problems. I feel the stability is the best it can be for a silicone mold. I feel the mold isn’t too thin, but just right. The real test was the taste. The muffins were gone in 2 days. My family gobbled them up. The last time I baked muffins in a muffin tin without cupcake liners, my granddaughter wouldn’t finish her first muffin. The sides were too hard. Silicone molds are now a staple in my baking utensil inventory.

Flimsy!

I am very new to using silicone bakeware. These pans are my first silicone purchase.I’ve learned that I needed to adjust baking time considerably. I have found that at the end of regular cooking time, the middle cupcakes or mini loaves are still uncooked in the middle even though the outside ones are completely done.I’ve had to increase cooking time to almost 10 minutes to get the centre ones baked through. However my outside ones got almost too browned, but they didn’t burn. Perhaps this is normal with silicone? I think moving forward I’ll try to increase the temp slightly too to hopefully lower the extended bake time.Clean up is a breeze and the pan cools extremely quickly.Overall I like them, I just need to figure out the cooking adjustments.

I love these silicone pans. I have used the muffin pan twice and it is GREAT! I love how non-stick they are, making removal and clean up a snap. Of course they are a little unstable as they have less structure (having less “bones”). It would always be better to include a cookie sheet to sit the pans on so there is less chance for a mishap going into and out of the oven. Another word of recommendation is that the new user put these in a 350F oven for one hour before using them the first time. This allows them to offgas and get rid of any residual odour before using them in your cooking. This process only needs to be done the one time.I highly recommend purchasing these pans. They are very cost effective and a great addition to a well stocked kitchen.

Honnêtement, facile à démouler. Toutefois, il faut mettre le moule sur une plaque avant de verser votre mixture, sinon ça fait des dégâts. Je l’ai su en le faisant. Je le recommande quand même.

Great product. Strong enough you could use with out a pan. But I ld prefer not to clean the oven🤭If oil is on the top surface and temp goes above 425 it will stain the silicone.Cleanup is a breeze have used a dozen times still no complaints. Even made mini egg omelets for the week.Great product
