Its neither colon-blow or colon-blip. More colon breeze. For an IBS sufferer It helps with the cramping and bloating from flareups or the times I sneak dairy. Gentle go without urgency. If you’re expecting an artificial sugar-like colonoscopy get the famous gummy bears otherwise enjoy the poo.

Taking two capsules at bedtime was easy, and over the next few days, I noticed a gradual yet significant improvement in my regularity and a welcome decrease in bloating without any harsh side effects. This gets four stars for meeting expectations, for me five stars is something that exceeds my expectations, this meets my expectations which is still very good. The flavor is neutral, I did not experience any aftertaste. Every now and then some of us need a little help with tummy troubles and getting things moving. While we prefer more natural remedies, it is easy to take too much or too little of senna leaf and psyllium husk - which is no picnic, especially if you have a sensitive tummy. Since these are preportioned the user error is mitigated. The ingredients in the herbal blend includes Senna Leaf and Psyllium Seed which are both known to act like natural laxatives to alleviate constipation, it also includes ginger, bromelain and fennel which are said to soothe an irritated stomache. Everybody's body is a bit different, your experience may differ. I have a very sensitive tummy which was not irritated by taking this and seemed to feel better and more settled. If the ingredients match what you are looking for or you want to try an herbal formula this is one that you may want to consider.

It didn’t do anything for me. I still feel the same and while taking it my bowel movement was even less… I took it regularly before bed for the 7 days and literally nothing happened. I gave it some days after I finish the bottle in case it had to wait after the 7 days and nope still a week later and nothing happened. Too bad I can’t return it. I had high hope for this…

This was my first time trying any sort of colon cleanse/detox supplement so I don't have any previous experience to compare it to, but this product didn't do anything for me. If anything, it disrupted my digestive process more than it helped and threw things out of whack. I gave it a full 15 day trial to give it time to work and my body to adjust, but only after being off of it for a week and I'm starting to feel like my digestive system is getting back to normal. Maybe this will work well for someone else, but it's not for me.

These are very effective but one is enough to clean me out. Give good pain relief without bloating, easy to take and good value.
