I wasn’t expecting much from a little handheld TENS unit, but this thing surprised me. It’s simple to set up, the pads stick well, and the modes actually feel different instead of all blending together. The three TENS settings give me options depending on what kind of flare I’m having...a soft, steady one for sensitive days, a deeper “fist” style pulse when the pain sits under the muscle, and a sharper acupuncture‑style tap that hits those stubborn knots that I get. The RELAX mode is nice. After a few minutes of TENS, switching to the relaxing pattern helps everything settle instead of staying clenched. I like that I can use just one wire when I’m heading out, and it’s still effective without feeling bulky or complicated. The intensity can jump a little if you’re not paying attention, but once you find your level it’s easy to control. The only time it caught me off guard was when one of the modes hit a tight muscle with a sharper pulse...not bad, just surprising. I’ve already recommended this little device to friends and family, and I’ll be getting another one soon because it’s genuinely helped me a lot with my tight muscles. I've also used it for an hour and battery still at full volume. Overall, it’s portable, strong, and actually helpful for managing tension and flare‑ups. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it.

Been using this unit since delivery 5 days ago. It has great options for modes and timer. Easy to use, offers great relief while wearing. The only thing it’s lacking is a clip to attach it to waistband while using.

I am very educated on TEMS/EMS devices, having a very long background of introduction, education and even experiences in the benefits of applications as a mode of healing therapies. Started out as a physical therapy assistant 30+ years ago which involved me assisting the professionals-Licensed Physical Therapists who, very much like RN’s, are the, support team for the Doctors /Orthopedic Dr.’s they ‘work under’ yet always have a much more intimate and understanding relationship with the patients in their care because they always spend more time with the patients once their supervising Doctor makes a diagnosis and follow up care plan which they execute as the ‘support teams’. And ‘TENS’ units have come a long way. I learned from my mentors how to help their patients through ‘modalities’: proper placement of tens pads and timing, etc.as a first step in prepping their patients for their therapy sessions, then became a patient myself in need of similar treatment. My first portable take home tens unit was bulky, but very effective as well as very expensive ($900+ but covered by my insurance) and was battery charged so constant replacement was a part of maintenance but worth it. Also pad replacement was always necessary, at first get new sets from my therapist while I still worked for the practice. But then I found very economical replacement options through Amazon later on. That original,$900 tens unit served me well for almost 11 years! Recently I have found myself in need again and found this beautiful, much smaller and lighter as well as rechargeable unit with several packages of extra pads included here as well for under $30!!!! What a huge difference and improvement! I Am beyond happy and satisfied with this purchase!

Love how compact but still strong this unit is. It has so many options and comes with a variety of pad sizes, which is nice. I suffer from sciatica pain constantly and tens unit really does help with some relief. I haven’t run into any issues with it so far and highly recommend!

I’m very pleased with this TENS unit. It’s compact, easy to use, and the battery life lasts a long time between charges. I like that it has two channels, so I can adjust different areas as needed, and it comes with extra electrode pads and a carry case. There are several different stimulation modes and patterns to choose from, which makes it easy to find one that feels comfortable and effective. The intensity range is excellent, with plenty of power when needed. Overall, a great purchase. It’s powerful, portable, and thoughtfully designed, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable TENS unit.

It is so great for lower back pain in pregnancy and labor. Walking around with it is nice and the quality is off the charts!!! It is so easy to use which is really nice :)

After a few months of paying for treatments at the chiropractor, I decided to try this unit. I waited way too long. This does at LEAST as well as the “professional” system and costs less, not to mention the convenience of doing it at home on my own schedule. Each charge lasts a long time too, covering multiple treatments. That has been an unexpected pleasant surprise. I‘m actually thinking of buying a second one in case I ever wear this one out. It’s truly that good and very well priced. If you’re thinking about buying this, just do it sooner vs later. You’ll be glad you did.
