I got this product about a week or so ago and it’s really awesome. Although the fabric may not be top quality, it still looks really cool. The sound quality Is great, I had no missing parts when I got mine, and the eye brightness is standard. I’d say it’s worth the discount price if it’s still showing but other than that’s it’s still cool. The only issue I had was the sturdiness. It didn’t come with anything to hold this guy down but using a sand bag or a brick should do the trick. Would I recommend this? Yes.

This is one of the first animatronics I've put up, and it does not disappoint. From open to assemble, everything was straightforward and good quality. The cables are color coded to make wiring simple, and the detail in the character makes it a great display. I used a floodlight to shine light up to it for a more dramatic appearance, and hid a fog machine under the robe to give it a better effect. The audio is adjustable and gets pretty loud, and I've had no issues with the sensor, if anything, it has a wider window of activation than I expected. The only place that things get a little creative is deciding how you want the cloths to lay. Make sure to add weight to the base because it becomes a little too heavy in the wind. I learned it the hard way when I woke up to it being on the ground the next morning, but surprisingly there was no damage done and fired right back up when I put everything back together. The video shows the movement, and eyes, and everyone my neighbor readily thinks the sayings are fun. The size is truly towering at 10 ft.

I loved him at first.... then he suddenly started stuttering and all of his movements stopped. He just made noise once his movements stopped working.... I gave them 5 stars because i reached out to them on halloween (which was the first time that I had plugged him up...) and the next day the company responded and let me choose a replacement up to the same value of the ghoul since he was out of stock. And for that I was very pleased and will continue shopping with this company. They have great products!

This review is for the 7.5ft Smoldering Ghoul Quite an underwhelming experience with this prop. The first impression was that this has been a returned/damaged product. Alas, it was not. The cables are patched and taped with electrical tape! That is right, the manufacturer did no have the correct lenght cable so they botched up some poorly soldered and taped with electrical tape cables. The face, chest and feet are made of extremely thin material, the exact material used to make the paint trays you find in the big home improvement stores. Very dissapointing to see such cheap material at this price point! Last complaint is the controller. It does not have lights only option unlike most props you will find in the big box stores! Overall, I regret the purchase. It looks kinda nice, however, i do not believe it will last over 1 season long. It is simply not worth the $200+ price tag. For that kind of price you will find good quality props at the big retailers!

I read the reviews AFTER i ordered my Butler. Yes his eyes are LED BRIGHT and the voice box is loud but During a Halloween party that volume will be perfect. I tweaked my Butler and I put a piece of tape over the box to muffle the sound until party time and i added a dot of acrylic craft paint over the bulb and I LOVE the effect!!! I would love to have the rest of the set!!! But my Best Buddies Budget for Different ability and disabled kids (Down syndrome friends group) does not allow for it! This year!! I Cant wait to surprise the kids with their host!!!

I never write reviews, but I just had to for this item — it’s that good! This Halloween prop completely exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly well-made and truly worth every penny. I really appreciate when a product feels thoughtfully designed and high-quality, and this one absolutely delivers. Our family goes all out for Halloween; it’s a big deal in our house, and this ghostly ghoul is going to be such a fun addition to our decor this year. It’s spooky, eye-catching, and adds just the right touch of eerie charm.

He makes a great greeter at the start of your display especially if you get him at the sale price. I believe that with care and by not placing him in the elements that it will last a long time. I wish that it had the option to run off batteries. The voice is loud and clear. The wire for the Lantern had slipped in side the hand but was easy to grap with a small pair of needle nose pliers , once connected you will need to push the wire inside the hand anyways. All in all great addition to your display and well worth the more then half off sale price that I paid.

I got this item to complement my graveyard themed Halloween decorations. The skeleton was much easier to assemble than I had expected, it worked exactly as pictured on the website, and was a hit with the kids. Then, the next day, it was even easier to disassemble and put away for next year.
