I may switch to a brand that also includes luteolin with the PEA. From what I've read the combination works better for sciatica. But at least no tummy upset with these. Capsules are easy to swallow. We're all different and these may be great for you, but I'm personally not seeing results.

Not everyone has this issue, but it upset my whole GI system BADLY. I waited a few weeks and tried again. Same result. Non- refundable!! I won’t use the brand again for this reason.

I've been taking this for a year now. I have interstitial cystitis with hunners lesions, I have been in pain almost constantly for nearly 10 years because of it. For a year now (since starting this supplement) I have not had a single flare up. It took about a month for it to work, and about two months before I realized that it was a direct result of this supplement, because when I stopped taking it the pain returned. I started off taking two a day but now I only need one a day. If you have IC and notice a "flare" while taking this I urge you to invest in test strips. Every time I thought it was a flare since starting this it ended up being a real UTI. This has changed my life. I can be a real mom and wife again. I still avoid trigger foods, but mostly out of fear, even when I do mess up though I don't get pain from it. ❤️ Please give it a try. Just talk to your doctor if you are unsure.

I have a C5 C6 bilateral disc bulge creating radiculopathy. This was recommended as potential analgesic for the stinging, burning, achy shooting pain from a Spine and Pain Management Doctor. I took it for over three months and I honestly say I don't believe it did a thing. I wish it did. From my experience if you are suffering from what I have its best to enroll an a rehabilitation plan with a licensed Chiropractor that implements Chiropractic Biophysics. Been going for over a month now whom also uses the Denneroll for a three month minimal regiment. They initially took multi-directional x-rays that showed now only my disc bulge but my cervical column has shifted to the right (probably resulting in the disc bulge and it's symptoms). Also purchased in the past week a Comforvtrac Cervical Traction Device to create space between the discs. So far these two combined have really lessoned my pain down to an uncomfortable ache. It doesn't appear there is any type of medicine or supplement that relieves nerve related pain or Radiculopathy. Get your posture and spine back into it's correct alignment.
