As soon as I applied a few sprays to the ball of my foot I could feel the pain go away. It is sticky a little so I put socks on. My wrist hurts too so using it there I will put a light glove on. The smell is nice too. I rinsed my hands and it did come off so thats good. I really didnt expect it to work so fast either. Also I dont feel the tingelung that is mentioned so dont know whats about. I like this stuff already. The tackyness I will live with bc it does work immediatly. I have a strenuous job overnight and this will be a blessing in the mornings.

Effective, takes a lil longer than swallowing two table spoons of mustard but effective. I keep it on my nightstand. I also didn't experience the burning sensations other report experiencing with other magnesium sprays. I also bought one for my mom who gets bad leg cramps at night as well.
