I had the unit for about a week or so and the Humidifier component turns off by itself, just the fan would work, I would turn it off and back on again and it would work but now it just doesn’t work at all. Waste of money, wasn’t expecting much but I’m sure there are better products out there.

This is awesome, it may be small but it is powerful, so nice to use in the bedroom on a hot summer night.

I purchased a similar product last year with different brand (vendor), the way it works should be both fan (wing) and mist (humidifier）. However, this one only the fan works. No humidifier at all. I tried so many times to reload the water tank, doesn't help.

The wind is small, and the sound is too loud, the price is expensive, not worthwhile.

This was a disappointing purchase. The tiny “portable air conditioner” barely spots out a cold mist. Not worth the purchase, invest in something larger if you need to cool off.

While waiting for AC repair, this kept a fairly comfortable temperature in a small area.

I just opened the box, filled the unit with a little cool water and some crushed ice. You need to press 3 buttons to get it to work (1) power button, (2) fan speed, and (3) cooling button. Let the cold water sit in the unit for 5 minutes to cool down the filter. I have been running the unit for about 20 mins now in my small office. The room temp has dropped from 86.7 to 86.2. So its not a big difference, but its only been 30 mins. It reminds me of those outdoor misters you see. It gives off a slight cloud of cool mist. I use it in a very dry climate (Arizona) so the moist cool air it blows out makes it noticably cooler. I have the unit blowing directly on me for maximum effect. I doubt this will do much if its really hot (over 100 degress) or really humid. It works good if you want to keep a little cooler at your desk, reading chair, bed, etc. It will not cool down the entire room, just you personally. Keep your expectations in check when you buy this. It works as expected, just dont expect the cold of a full size A/C unit. I also bought the 3 year warranty - because i expect it will not last that long. One other thing - the description says it comes with a USB power source. That is not correct. It comes with a standard 2-prong electrical wall plug. To me that is a better power source than a USB plug.
