Well made, good pressure, easy to adjust.
I really like the fact that it supplies a good pressure shower, for restricted pressure. Changing modes is smooth and easy. Shower head comes with everything you need, including the main elbow. Nice to get something that has everything! (even teflon tape!).Time will tell how well it holds up, but it seems well made.

Horrible performance
Cheaply made plastic shower head is far from "high pressure". There is a loose part inside that rattles around. The nozzles are not small enough to build up pressure, even at full water.
