The problem with this thing is that it is quite rigid and not flexible to manoeuvre..the sides of the mop is not padded so hits the sidewalls of the room with a thud which is annoying…at one point the junction between the handle and the mop came out and I had a tough time putting them together…I bought this to try an alternative to the Gala mop but nothing beats Gala mop when it come to durability, flexibility, ease of handling and practicality. The Gala mop has been my great friend for years now but this new thing I hardly feel like using now.

This product is a waste, never performs as shown in the videoyou have to press a thousand times to get the mob partially cleaned.Very much laboursome and very difficult to useput for return, they never respond, they repeatedly say, the product was not ready at the time of pick up

Built is average. The cleaning pad is not thick as shown in the image. No instructions on how to assemble the system, have to to figure it out on your own. It's expensive just for the looks.

The spinning rod was frequently dislodging from the cleaning pad, and upon closer inspection, I discovered that one of the hooks was broken.

This is a horrible mop .The regular spin mop is the best and easiest to use Don't waste money on this.
