It is a smart washer / dryer, quite, cleans extremely well, takes good care for the fabric, connects to an app which is very helpful were you can monitor energy consumption, drying works very well even on quick wash, comes out almost dry and very hot, just spread them for couple of minutes and let them breathe. I recommend

The problem is without fixing. U have to fixed by your self

I purchased this model (WD11BB944DGBGU) expecting a full-featured washer dryer combo as advertised in other regions. While the wash functions are impressive and it looks sleek, I was disappointed to find that several expected features are missing in the UAE version — most notably the “Cupboard Dry” option. Drying performance has been underwhelming. Even after trying sensor dry and time dry, clothes often come out damp and require multiple cycles. There’s no dedicated drying-only mode with presets like “Cupboard Dry” or “Extra Dry” that are available on the same model in other markets. This was not made clear in the product listing. It’s a good washer, but as a washer-dryer combo, it falls short. I expected more from a premium model at this price point. Samsung should be more transparent about regional limitations in features.

I purchased a Samsung AI Washing Machine (9kg) about three years ago. Within two years, the shock absorber failed, but it was replaced under warranty — fortunately at no cost. However, just after the warranty expired, the drum got completely damaged. The rubber beading tore off, pieces got stuck in the filter, and the machine became extremely noisy and unusable. When I contacted Samsung service, they took the machine for repair and charged me around ₹600, even though the total value of the machine is about ₹2000. For that price, you can buy other brands’ washing machines that last longer and perform better. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the quality and durability of this product. The AI features are useless, and even a 2kg load causes issues. When I spoke to the service technician, he mentioned that new models are made in China, while older ones came from South Korea — even they didn’t seem confident about the quality. After the repair, there was leakage, and the technician had to open and fix it again in front of me. I really regret buying this washing machine. Very poor quality, poor after-sales experience, and not worth the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
