Fender FA-15N Nylon String 3/4 scale Acoustic Guitar - Rosewood Fingerboard - With Gig Bag

So pleased with this guitar. Great sound and intonation. Just a wonderful starter instrument. I initially made the error of having a student order a yamaha 3/4 guitar and right off the bat it buzzed and had intonation problems and had an undesirable tone. I felt so bad for the student that I ordered this Fender out of pocket to replace it , and I'm so glad I did! Great starter guitar. I will remember this and encourage other students to go this route!

I bought this for my wife as she has athritis in her hands and found that a full size guitar with steel strings was just too hard for to wrap her hands around and press the strings for chords. I bought this with the nylon strings and she is doing great. The nylon strings stretch and you have to tune it everytime you use it but the sound quality and the narrower neck fit the bill for her.

I bought this for my brother used to play multiple instruments but stopped when failing health prevented him from playing up to his own standards. I chose this for the smaller size and nylon strings which both worked great as he picked it up right away and was making the effort to get back into it. Starting with Classical Gas as his goal might be a bit much but here we go.

An inexpensive beginner guitar, the F-15 combines quality sound with material aesthetics adequate for developmental understanding of and respect for the basic characteristics of the instrument type and its musical potential.
