It's nice. Puts out space heater quality heat and the fake flames are a nice visual. Lots of colors to choose from. I went with the glass beads because the logs looked cheesy. I really think it is nice for the money. Looks great under a 55 inch t.v. in my office.

The look is really nice. I have only put the heater on low and the sound level isn't too bad while the tv is on. The quality so far is good and I do enjoy the being able to dim the flame or make it brighter. Colors are cool I guess but I probably won't be changing thst often. The remote is fine but a bit limited. Would be better if you didn't have to go through each option just to get back to the one you want. I connected the remote to an IR blaster to allow it to be be able to turn on and off from alexa or Google. Only real complaint and this fireplace isn't the only one that has the issue is the loud beep for every time you adjust something with remote or in my case do a voice command. Wish they would at least have an option to mute or lower volume on the noise. Really messes up the overall feel. I would still use this one again though as it was a great price and pretty good looking flame.

Exceeded expectations. Easy to install - good features. Looks realistic from over 6 ft away - any closer, you can see the projection at the back. But from a little distance, looks great and very real. Easy install - quality seems good (has been installed for about a month)

This has been a great addition to our living room. Is been a chilly winter but this helped on especially cold days to keep the room a little more comfortable. It’s very user friendly and there instructions are clear for installation and use. The only thing I wish is that it was a little bit deeper to make it look a little more like a real fireplace, but otherwise it’s great!
