This product is a great way that the kids can do something mentally with their hands building structures. Better than candy! We have also purchased the monthly subscription to more complicated tasks.

I came across this Christmas advent calendar kit and immediately got excited. I always look for fun new ones every year and this is it for 2024. The packaging is so cute. I cant wait to open it this December with my son.

This advent calendar is great, it's everything you've come to love about Kiwi Crates, but for an advent calendar. Really happy with this set, the little projects are all fun and create a lot of excitement around the builds. Highly recommend if you want a more hands on advent calendar.

This is a nice holiday building kit. You can use it as an advent calendar, or just build it all. They are pretty simple to build, but 5-7yo might need a little help from an adult. They are cute, if not super durable. I'm not sure it's something that will get saved and kept for next Christmas, but maybe.

I’m always on the lookout for advent calendars that don’t involve candy. Won’t be opening this until the holidays but excited for this. Have gotten other activities from this company and not been disappointed. Will come back and update review.

We are not new to Kiwi crates, my daughter has had a subscription in the past and they are always made with such care and attention to detail and this does not disappoint. She will be newly 10 this coming up Christmas and while this may be a little easy for her to build I think it will be just right for an advent calendar, you don't want or need these to take too long to finish in a day. I am so tempted to have these be from her Elf everyday, my work on that front would be done and what a relief that would be. Unsure if it would fly though since she has done many of the crates in the past. Upon opening this box every day is labeled in it's own envelope with instructions on the inside of the envelope so no need to keep track of everything. Looks like there is a big supply box that they will get into for what they need for that particular day with the main instructions being the snowy floor when you turn it over. I guess the Elf can bring everything the first day?? What ever I end up doing I am sure she will enjoy building the village and here is another reason to be excited for the holidays! If you have never used KiwiCo crates this will be a great introduction to them and you will be happy you did, the quality is unmatched. Another win for KiwiCo.

KiwiCo sets have always been appealing to my children, and they have wanted sets for quite some time. I was delighted to find this particular set because it would provide 24 days of fun, not just one larger project they would whiz through in an afternoon. Even with all of the pre-Christmas activities and duties, completing these daily projects is totally doable and will give them something to look forward to, even on bad weather days and sick days. The packaging is very attractive, too, very giftable. Highly recommended.

KiwiCo always delivers top-quality products, and this Christmas Countdown Building Set does not disappoint. The materials are excellent, and although it's a little pricey, it’s worth it since it will last for many years to come.The set is not only fun to assemble but also encourages imaginative play for kids, adding an extra layer of enjoyment. My kids are excited to use it as we count down to Christmas. This will definitely become a cherished holiday tradition, and I’m sure we’ll enjoy it year after year.
