I have iron deficiency anemia, so I have to take a daily iron supplement. I’ve found this one to be the best overall. * The small gel pill is easy to swallow * Since iron needs to be taken on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, it’s hard to find one that doesn’t upset the stomach. This one is perfect. I take it with OJ (helps absorption) and it has never upset my stomach. I also have a sensitive stomach. * It also contains Folic Acid and B12. Both beneficial for anemia.

I am chronically anemic. I hate taking iron because it messes with my digestive system , but these did not! I went from an Hgh of 8.2 to 12.9 in less than three weeks. These are great! I will be getting again!
