Kid approved. The easiest assembly ever. I was expecting a monster. But all the walls unfold and screw together. Had to let it air out in the basement. Took 2 days for the strong smell to disappear. Tall enough for my 6 and 8 year old to fit in it standing up.

Beautiful house! If you have someone knowledgeable with construction work it really speeds up the process. My daughter absolutely loves her playhouse, and loves it even more since Daddy and Gramps built it for her!

Easy to put together, beautiful when done. Highly recommend. For k door use only. Assembly took about 3.5 hours alone. Do not need 2 people.

Its not very high double check door height to make sure its ok for you. The dog door allows a dog in dont really need that and it has a working doorbell. If you keep in in a garage it will last longer but it looks like its somewhat water proff.

This is a cute playhouse. However, the holes are not pre-drilled and the screws were not very good. You definitely need 2 people to assemble. The instructions seem to be out of order so you're doing things backwards and its just pictures no explaining. The wood pieces were a little scuffed. Also delivery time frame was late by about 1 week. The kids really enjoy playing in it and its a great size for my 2 toddlers!
