This stuff works for the most part and definitely helps with frizz and definition. However, I noticed that if you don't apply it while your hair is super wet, it actually has a tendency to sort of straighten your hair out instead of enhancing the curls. As long as you use it right after the shower when your hair is still dripping, it does a great job. It smells good and doesn't feel too crunchy once it dries, just make sure you don't wait too long to put it in. Also I recommend you air-dry your hair as opposed to a hair dryer, even with a diffuser

Great product as advertised and smells great

Smells amazing! Really helps bring out curls. And I dont even have naturally curly hair. This product when used properly makes my straight hair have a wavy appearance and my bangs curl. It helps a lot with styling. Not greasy. Makes hair smell good for long time and promotes soft curls.

Not sure if I got a dodgy tube or not, but it seemed like there wasn't much in this. It felt light when I first got it, and I seemed to go through it very quickly - even when using just a small amount (that's all that's needed). I like the hold, and it washes out easily, which is great. The smell however is really strong, and more on the fruity edge, which isn't quite my taste.

The product works well. The smell of it, in my opinion, is a little less than desirable. It have an almost menthol smell, which I myself, could do without. The original Controlled Chaos has a much better aroma. The only reason why I'm giving it a 4☆☆☆☆ rating is the reason. Go with the original and you can't go wrong.

Curly enhancements, helps with frizz, has a nice smell that my spouse and I both appreciate.

It does what it’s supposed to do, I’m not sure if I like the style, but that’s just preference. I also believe this is the best smelling stuff I have ever used, I sometimes use it just for that and may buy it again because of that. I think this product is certainly worth purchasing!

I've been trying new products since they stopped making my styling gel after 30 years. This product provides a good hold, tighter curls, and a matte finish. I think it's expensive for what you get, but I will probably keep it in rotation.
