It's a really nice laptop, works well good battery life. I've had no issues with it. Only thing I would have liked is the key board to light up when it's dark it's hard to type. But other than that it's all good.

More or less what I wanted. It's a solid laptop for college.

I bought this for my son so he could do his college work. Just as a silly test, and mainly because I hadn't seen any machine with Intel Arc graphics we tried Cyberpunk 2077 on the laptop, and it ran quite well on medium level settings. Now if you know anything about gaming you will know Cyberpunk whilst now a few years old is still a very demanding game. My son fired up Minecraft, and he is a wizard at all, telling me about chunk sizes, etc. All I know, I worked in IT, and have used many laptops over the 20 years or so I have been doing IT for. This laptop is certainly up there with the better laptops I have used. Lovely glossly OLED screen, a real pleasure to work on. I am quite jealous. And for those who are thinking my son just appears to game on this laptop. Sadly no, he spends most of thie day just using Chrome, and the Office suite. The games were simply installed to get a feel for how the laptop could cope with load etc.

Very nice well made laptop which feels solid. Overall performance is inline with what to expect of the CPU, memory & storage specs. BUT… Pay careful attention to the specs of the ports for connecting external devices. The usage of some external devices could be very limited to the specs. In my case: 1) HDMI port support max resolution of 1920x1080, so connecting it to 4K TV/monitor means you can’t get max resolution. 2) USB C port are only 3.1 gen 1 (max 5gbs) which may not be an issue for most, but if you going to use displaylink adapters or transferring large amounts of data from USB attached disk this can seriously affect performance. These port limitations were too significant for me and I will be returning the laptop. UPDATE… I would advise that if you have any doubts about the PC specs meeting your needs you steer clear of this laptop. The return process has proven to be very problematic and time consuming. You need to factor in the full customer experience in the purchasing process which includes post sales support and possible return, which in this case has left me fully regretting the purchase of this laptop. There many alternative laptops at similar price point with superior overall specs.
