When I bought this, I was desperate. I'm 2 weeks away from my 3rd trimester and I have pretty much a toddler. My kid is literally the energizer bunny. But my energy levels through this second pregnancy has been awful. At night, I get restless legs. My body is so uncomfortable. I feel like a swollen blimp. What's even more frustrating. I eat unprocessed foods and I try and go on walks daily. It's just been a fight. No matter what I have seemed to try, my sleep has been suffering. I even tried pedialyte and readjusting my diet. I've been using ChatGPT to help figure out what my deal is... Last night though was my breaking point. Woke up at 3am and could not go back to sleep. My sleep before waking was already in and out, plus disrupted by my kiddo having wet the bed 2 hours earlier... 😮‍💨 AI told me that oral magnesium would likely help me rest my body and mind, amongst some other things. So after crying out of hopelessness, I got on Amazon and ordered magnesium glycinate with the best reviews. It was here by time my toddler took his nap. Hallelujah. I had been up seven hours, tried taking a nap myself (thank goodness I was visiting my Dad and he could help watch the kid) had that superficial terrible sleep, and gave in about an hour or so later.... I took TWO of these magnesium pills as soon s they arrived and laid down for attempt number two of trying to get some sleep. I almost cried laying there *Gotta love hormones*. I literally felt the tension and the nerves in my calves and legs melt away. I was actually able to lay there without spastic jolts from my legs and instead a surreal calmness that almost felt off putting since I hadn't felt it in so long. This stuff is amazing and I am so glad I found it. It's probably saving my sleep for the rest of my pregnancy. If your struggling with muscle tension, just give it try. The bottle says one pill up to three times a day... but I took two. And it did the trick. Good luck!

These work SO good for sleep. I have a hard time sleeping, stress related. I had a prescription for sleep medication and would still struggle to sleep through the night. I decided to give these magnesium pills a try, and wow they work! I cannot comment as to whether they help get you to sleep because I don’t have a problem falling asleep, but I can testify that these pills help KEEP you asleep! I definitely recommend!!
