I wanted a travel pillow for the plane that wasn't bulky as the squishy ones. This one inflates in literally ONE breath, rolls up so small it can fit in my pocket, and works great at holding my big head up. I tried turning it around so my chin could rest on it and it works great like that too by supporting my chin. The material is soft and covers up any seams on the inner inflatable ring so it's not scratchy or anything of the sort. It's also a fraction of the cost of some of the bigger bulky neck rests. It also doesn't get hot like the think material ones do which is appreciated. You have some level of adjustability too if you don't want it to be super firm then don't blow it up all the way.

I fly a lot. I have tried an assortment of neck pillows, and I think inflatable neck pillows are the way to go. Regular neck pillows are so bulky, you can't adjust their thickness and you can't store them easily. And of course you look ridiculous wearing one in the terminal and as you board! I used an inflatable Samsonite neck pillow for years, and was sad when they were discontinued. But this one is much better! First and foremost: the inflation valve is far superior. It's large, so you can easily inflate this baby with one or two breaths. You don't have to squeeze the valve, or bite it while blowing, and there is no annoying back pressure that makes you feel like your about to give yourself a pulmonary embolism. Better still, to adjust the inflation pressure, you can just insert a finger into the valve to release air, even while you are wearing it, to find your ideal inflation pressure. The covering is very soft and plush. The carrying case is integrated into the pillow, and to store it, I roll it up tightly, pushing all the air out, then fold it 5 times, turn the carrying case inside out, and the whole thing becomes very compact and flat. My only complaint: the diameter of the hole where your neck goes is too small for my neck, so the pillow pushes on my jugular vein a little bit. My neck circumference is about 16 inches (I wear a dress shirt with a 17 in. or 17.5 in. neck to be comfortable). However, I have used this pillow on several flights and have not yet passed out! Highly recommended.

I bought this pillow for my kids for a long airplane trip. It truly helped them be more comfortable though I think it would have helped if they were thicker (as in wider girth) than they are. They were easily inflated and deflated and did not take up a lot of room when not in use. Only problem is that you cannot tie them to the back of your seat in an airplane as you would in a car. But they pretty much worked as advertised and were a good value for the money.

This, and some earplugs, gave me a great sleep experience on a transatlantic flight recently. I filled it too full at first, but quickly and easily adjusted the amount of air so it was comfortable. And off to sleep I went for 5 hours, and woke up rested and refreshed with no kinks in my neck. I also like that it is easy to deflate and folds up into itself for easy carrying/storage. Great product!

Super comfortable. What's best is that it is fully inflatable. Only takes a few breaths to blow up to size. Comfortable to wear. When deflated, it fits even in my pocket.

I'm torn but stuck with 3 stars. It's almost great in every way, except it's too long for my kiddos still using a booster. It's 3 star because the product name includes Car Seats, which I took to believe it would work with car seats and boosters. It's easy to inflate, snap and use. I love that it's inflatable so I can travel on planes with it and it packs up small. I'm sure it could provide better support if it didn't "float" like it does for my kids in their booster. It also lifts up and out of place too easily. Still...worth keeping around to use while traveling and until they're big enough to stop using boosters.

Purchased this black inflatable cervical neck pillow for neck support at home and during long airline trips. Wanted inflatable pillow (versus memory foam) due to weight/space issues in luggage. The pillow cover has nice soft fabric (one side textured & other smooth), an adjustable elastic strap with buckle, and a nicely sewn invisible zipper. Easily inflated. Appreciate its compact size. Have used for three nights thus far and is quite comfortable. For an upcoming trip, will be able to use solo for cruise cabin and in combination with the “Ultra-Thin Breathable Airplane Pillow Alternative” during the flight (also purchased from Amazon). Can recommend.
