I recently purchased the Drogo Ergonomic Mesh Chair and overall, I’m very happy with it. The chair is comfortable, and I really liked the sturdy build quality of the structure and armrests — they feel solid and well-designed. The mesh material could have been a little better, but it still does the job well. My chair’s footrest wasn’t functioning smoothly at first, but the support team really impressed me — they actually called me proactively and arranged a replacement right away. Overall, it’s a great chair with excellent customer service, and I feel confident about the brand after this experience.

Drago chair is not just an office chair but also a comfortable chair to relieve the fatigue of the day's duty. This chair is a boon for the elderly. A great replacement for the wood and fabric rest chairs used in the past. Installation is also very easy after the order is delivered. The quality of the chair is good. Importantly, there is no problem of sweating at all because it is completely mesh. There is no problem of back pain at all due to the lower back rest. The chair can be set according to your needs. I give this chair a 5 star rating.

I am writing this review after using this chair for 2 months. This is probably one of the worst chairs that I have used so far. Not sure how can we call this an ergonomic chair. Do not fall for the positivie reviews. Below is the list of the issues with this chair - 1. The mesh seat : For almost 19000 price, they have provided a mesh seat. The seat is curved as you can see in the images. This seat will distrub your seating posture as your tail bone goes below your thighs, this creates immense pressure on the tail bone and within 8-10 days of the use, you will start experiencing the pain. The size of this seat is very tiny, it does not provide ample thigh support, and if you try to place any extra back support on this seat, you will be left with around half a feet of space for sitting. 2. The back support - Back support is broken into 2 parts. By the looks of it, it feels great to have such a support, but it is the worst design. The lower support is not correctly placed, so instead of providing the support to your middle back, it supports your lower back and your middle and high back are left without any support. This makes the seating very uncomfortable. 3. Tilting angle locking - You cannot lock the chair in any position. There are fixed places where the tilt lock works. This again makes it uncomfortable. There is no sweet spot of the sitting that I was able to find in the last 2 months for this chair, though I have tried using external back support, thigh support, etc., it could not make the seating comfortable.
