Had to get a friend to install it, need drills etc. to connect to outside. Picture could be slightly clearer but serves it purpose. Love the fact that I can talk to people outside of the front door without actually opening it if I do not wish to i.e. salesmen/canvassers etc. Blue light at night highlighting buttons looks and could be perceived from outside of the house as a burglar alarm.

Provides added security to the house, the ringtone is loud enough and the video camera is clear with good lighting. Pretty easy to install, and seems wel made been working for several months now

If I hadn't already installed this, I'd be returning it. As far as I can see, it's a low definition, 3:4 aspect ratio camera married to a cheap widescreen LED monitor. The result is the picture is low quality and stretched horizontally. It's also not particularly wide-angle. The sky burns out and the detail and focus are both very poor anyway. (See the pictures.) At night, the IR LEDs do not come on. Maybe it's my neighbour's lights stopping them from switching on, but it should be plenty dark enough for them to work. Audio is OK - ish but suffers from mains hum - in both directions. The selection of "ring tones" is archaic, reminding me of those ghastly 1980s electronic doorbell chimes. I do not want a selection of Christmas carols, I want something up to date. Basically, I'd say this design has been cobbled together out of a selection of dated, off the shelf parts. These days we expect better. It's a good job I also have a Ring doorbell with an HD camera. Do not buy it.

I cannot recommend this system at all. After hooking up the doorbell unit to the monitor every worked as it should - except there was no tone/chime when you push the doorbell button. Following the user guide to 'select a ringtone' did not work. I contacted the seller multiple times to ask for additional troubleshooting advice, after initially suggesting that I make sure the volume was turned up (it was) they have ignored all my attempts to contact them for additional support. The video and audio quality for the intercom itself is mediocre - but just about suffices. In the end I have had to take a direct feed off the board, monitor it for the doorbell signal and use this to trigger an external doorbell system. It is completely unsatisfactory for a seller to be charging so much for a system which functions so poorly and to provide no support to customers after they they have bought the product.

Spot-on; great product, easy to setup and wire. I used CAT5 network cabling as I already had some linking the yard area to where I wanted to mount the screen indoors. I had a query regarding a signal from the unit to the Quiko gates controller which was answered very promptly - and a working solution was given. If anyone needs any advice on Quiko gate opening let me know! Top marks guys - good stuff.

Purchased for my mother who's 89 years old following a doorstep scam - now nobody gets through the door without scrutiny. The ringtone is pleasant and she a clear view of all visitors from the comfort of her living room. Best buy this year.

The selected door chime is liable to change of it's own volition which is annoying, because I have to keep resetting it. And, as I am not handy and one of the screws provided had no screw markings on it the electrician I had hired was able to modify it. However door chime problem is very annoying.

Auf der Seite 2 der Benutzeranweisung habe ich eine Produktcheckliste gefunden und gecheckt. Alle Zubehören sind darin. Die Benutzeranweisung ist auf Englisch geschrieben. Aber die Benutzeranweisung ist super einfach zu verstehen. Es gibt viele Bilder und sehr deutlich. Das ist gar kein Problem alle Teile zusammen zu bauen. Aber muss man achten: Der Stecker ist ein 3-Pol-Stecker. Man benötigt einen Stecker-Adapter in Deutschland zu benutzen. Das Produkt ist gut verarbeitet und funktioniert sehr gut. Die Videoqualität ist sehr deutlich. Die Klingelton ist “Für Elise”~~ gefällt mir. Deswegen würde ich weiter empfehlen.

für den Preis eigentlich ein gutes Gerät, leicht auf-und anzubauen, Kamera gut, Funktionstüchtig, ....das eigentlich bezieht sich auf die Klingeltöne....geht eigentlich nur einer, der Rest bereitet Ohrenschmerzen...Kabel für uns lang genug....wollte eins mit Hörer, ohne Wlan....genau das was ich wollte

Sehr einfach zu installieren und zu installieren. Es erfüllt seine Funktion sehr gut.

Ich habe die Türsprechanlage problemlos installiert, jedoch funktionierte der Türöffner nicht, war mit der alten Anlage kein Problem. Na ja ich bin nicht vom Fach und bestellte mir einen Elektriker, der bestätigte mir das ich alles richtig angeschlossen habe, aber er konnte mir auch nicht weiter helfen da keine 13 Volt von der Außenanlage an den Türöffner weitergeleitet werden. Ich habe mich entschlossen einen Extraschalter für den Türöffner einzubauen da ich keine Lust habe alles wieder abzubauen. Ärgerlich. Dies8es nur zu Euer Information. Also man muss mit Mehrkosten rechnen Ich muss leider den einen Stern auch noch abziehen da mir eine angekündigte großzügige Rückerstattung nicht ausbezahlt wurde. Die Anlage ist der größte Mist.
