Wonders of ladakh
It has helped my mother get relief in her joint pains. She used to have green tea but would add honey to cover it's bitter taste. But ayuzera sea buckthorn leaf tea has a slight lemon taste and the fact that it is rich in Omega fatty acids and protein is an icing on the cake. It's quality is also far better than other teas that I have tried.
