I buy off Amazon like it’s nobody’s business but hardly ever leave reviews, but I feel like this is needed because when I looked through prior to buying I didn’t see too many negatives.I recently weaned myself off all prescription meds and one of those was an anxiety medication. I have severe anxiety and found L Theanine which was wonderful. My body got used to that though so I was looking for something that would help and had a higher dose (mine are only 200mg and this has 500mg of L Theanine). I was leaving for Hawaii and super nervous for a 13 hr flight and decided to get these. I started taking them 2 days prior to leaving and didn’t notice anything much so I thought okay I’m taking these bad boys with me because I did feel calm. Not sleepy like others stated but it did give me a sense of calm.We went to Hawaii for 2 weeks and I took one of these every night. The ENTIRE trip I was sicker than a dog. Couldn’t eat without running to the bathroom before we left most times. Having to go even after water. Intense stomach cramps and sharp pain. I didn’t put 2 and 2 together and still took 1 of these each night for a few days after coming home. To be specific, I took 1 of these each day since receiving OTHER than the 2 days I was flying - I took 2 within a 24 hour span those days.Guys my stomach is wrecked and after doing lots of research and freaking myself out over appendicitis and pancreatitis I’m thinking THIS PILL might be it for me. Not to mention while I’m Hawai’i I got super dizzy and light headed anytime we were outside for extended periods and that is NOT how I normally am.
