Very sensitive, clear and easy to use. Easy to power from the USB cable or runs on battery for a decent length of time. Definitely lets you know when it's time to open a window!

We bought this to check for any toxins in the air whilst builders where in to rebuild our bathroom. Sadly a lot of times we found the builders to be using high VOC materials, so we used this to check when the air quality in the house was good enough for my then pregnant wife and now our newborn, to come back into the house. Not only will it detect particles an VOCs, we also used it to check the off gassing (of formaldehyde) from wood (furniture and building material). It's amazing to see there's still quite some formaldehyde present in ply boards from your favourite DIY store... We've not experienced any issues with accuracy (CO2 etc.), however the battery life is not very long. So we usually keep it charging (USB-C 👍🏻)

Battery life could be better I think it only lasts for 24 to 48 hours and needs to be charged again. Clear display and works very well. Size is ok as well. Happy with the purchase.

The item did not work, hence the 1-star, however I would rate the vendor 5-stars. Prompt customer service with good solutions to the problem provided.

I presume that it is accurate - I have no way to test it but..... The battery life is horrendous! It doesn't last the night. It also has no ability to store a 'history' of readings so no trend can be reviewed - it is a 'point-in-time' reading only.

Ready to use right after taking it out of the box. Sporadic calibration is needed only for the CO2 monitor. CO2 was the only parameter whose accuracy I was able to verify, comparing it to a professional CO2 monitor; the rest, I can't compare, but the device looks very sensitive and the values make a complete sense. For a few hours of use, I learned a lot about where the pollution comes from in my home. The device is very well made and I strongly recommend it.

I had a serious problem with clogged sinuses, head aches and general breathing issues. I suspected CO2 buildup in my house, but could not narrow the problem down. I decided to try this air quality tester out. I put it in every area of the house, checking the sewer, gas stove, fireplace, all my room, furnace. I got CO2 reading above 1000 for the most part, and moderate level dust readings. That night with the house all closed up the furnace came on and there was a serious spiked in particle readings. Although i had changed my furnace filters on a regular basis, i did not thing the problem was dust in my vents. This meter solved my problem in one night. DIRTY VENTS. I cant tell you the exact accuracy of this meter, but it does seem pretty good. The battery charge lasts about 24 hours, but the charger can be plugged in at all times. I like the display and color coding on the readings to show each condition level (good, moderate, bad). The response time is gradual, but starts within seconds of any changes. The audible alarm is nice. The TVOC feature is really good and detects gas from my Natural gas leaks. It was a learning experience to understand air quality in the house, that i would recommend for anyone.

Bought this to document the effects of secondhand smoke I constantly receive from 3 in-unit smokers. Battery life is excellent. Unit takes a few minutes to read the air and measure. Appreciate the stand that lets me measure air quality and film the measurements. One con is the CO2 measure always skews high.

Not good at all. Not accurate. Took the meter outside where Co2 should be around 400 and it's at 1621. Same as indoor! Also the TVOC doesn't change and the airthing mini shows VOC activity. Lastly battery doesn't last more than 12 hours!

I was skeptical about the accuracy of this instrument but decided to give it a try. I wanted to measure the PM2.5 levels inside & outside my home due to the heavy smoke from wildfires here in Washington and Oregon that aggravates my asthma & allergies. The PM2.5 readings seem to correlate with the local EPA reported monitoring results which gives me reason to believe they're pretty close to being true. I'm now going to use it to check VOC levels in my wife's car that smells of gasoline to see if anything shows up. When I get a chance, maybe I'll take it to our Industrial Hygiene department at work to see how it reads on calibration test gases.
