This waist trainer is fine. I followed the size guide and it fits. It's a little bit cheap and the plastic boning tends to warp and stab me after wearing it for a while but for the price it's not bad.

This belt looks like its made of great quality. It's sturdy and we'll made. The seams look good and strong. The Velcro is pretty strong, when you put it on it is very secure, they will stay put and not slip or come un-fastened. I am actually going to get a couple more for my Mom and sister.

Runs small
Would give it 5 except the size runs too small. Order it a little bigger. My hips are at a 37 inches and I ordered th small by the size chart. It was too small and wouldn’t fit. The quality is great though and it’s really cute.

Definitely runs a little small
Runs very small.The "bones" started poking through in the back... so I just took them out, its much more comfortable now and doesn't fold into my rolls hahahaI bought this for postpartum recovery... for the price, I like it.Definitely more comfy without the bones in it... they kinda stab you anyways.I'm 155lbs PP, I got a large... I have to lay down to zip it, but hey, it works and I can breathe.

Curls at the ends
It fits but the ends curl so it doesn't look good under a shirt. I would not go out in public with it on. It would be good in the home exercising with it on
