Seriously consider sizing up.
The quality of these shorts is really nice. It feels sturdy and looks very nice. However the people saying it runs small are not lying. I’m normally a size 28 and thought a size 30 would fit, unfortunately it is still a size too small. Because I like the suit I will be returning it for a correct size but please note the “stretch” fit that is advertised is not even remotely in the waist band. Outside of that flaw I really like the shorts Stretchiness: Not in the waist. Some in the rest. See through: Not at all. Sturdiness: Very sturdy. Very high quality.

Too short for the hubby
I absolutely loved these but my husband did not. He likes long boardshorts and these were several inches too short! We returned these!

Well fitting board shorts that are priced to buy
These board shorts fit well & size is accurate. I enjoy wearing them for the beach as well as walking around town on vacation. The colors are tropical without being too bright. Also the fabric is slightly stretchy & feel great to wear & why I can wear them around town on vacation.

Not a Cinch
Color and style are great but who cares if around your ankles. The tie in front has little ability to secure so when pockets loaded or active be prepared to wish you had suspenders.
