First charged it for 12hrs Tested it today on calm waters with no interference around battery does not hold well and the range is not 400-500m more like 180m we tied a fishing string just Incase the boat didn’t return then measured the string it was 180m the price should be a little lower I purchased it at $150 when it arrived I checked on it again it looks like it went up in price to $199 not worth the price but note we only used it just to cast fishing bait line further to catch fishes other then that I do not recommend it for the price but it would have been fun for the kids and then it didn’t work controller did not respond to the boat ect I would only recommend purchase if it were $$80 or below but it’s a well made concept the remote needs to be more constructive P.S I have been a hobbiest for more then 45yrs so for an RC rating I gave it a 2 stars because of the price and construction of the remote n distance that they clam to be 400-500meters not true will be returning it today as it does not work when we tested next day

Good for kids, nice toys, Very very slow, not worth the money you spend..
