Lovely little router, great value and perfect for your average home.

UPDATE: after using for a little while I've noticed it constantly has connection issues with the WAN/LAN port either limiting me to only 100Mbps or completely cutting my connection altogether. Doesn't seem to be any clear fixes and I've tried using brand new cat7 ethernet cables with no difference. I was very cautious before buying a third party router as I just had a back garden office built and wanted to extend my virgin super hub into my office. Ordered the router, extremely straight forward to setup and all I had to do was connect the ethernet from my virgin router/modem to the TUF gaming router WAN port and boom we good to go. It's got some amazing settings within the dashboard such as being able to view all the bandwidth your devices are using and see which services are using the most. It comes with optional DDOS/DOS protection and has a built in AI security setup which you can toggle on then it handles everything else with automated protections that constantly monitor your traffic. The only downside I can see with this router is the fact it doesn't support 6Ghz which honestly I'm fine with using 5GHZ and the other supported frequencies. If you're looking for a great little semi luxury router to either replace your main ISP router/modem or simply extend your WiFi, wired connection to another area then this is a perfect choice. Don't be afraid to play around with the settings and do not fear getting things wrong as you can simply push the small reset button on the router to start from the beginning. The amount of features this router comes with it feels like I've teleported into the future. Highly recommend all day.

Mobile game mode DOES NOT WORK. I have contacted asus directly and they couldn't help me. MLO significantly slows Internet speed down. I have tried ALL settings and I have factory reset it twice. It's not WiFi 7. I bought this for £95 and its only worth £60. The boosters only boost half the signal also but I have ethernet in the loft and it now works great. People try another brand. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This router looks the biz and works really well in close range over a bigger area the signal drops and isn’t great which is a shame, an additional node may help but with limited signal range that may have issues

Just don’t bother. None of the LAN ports worked. Asus where no help. What a waste of time trying to configure. Suspect the actual LAN ports are broken. Took 24 hours for the WAN port to decide to start working. Despite allready working on the BT homehub the whole time.

Sadece Recep Baltaş'ın bir videosunda bulabildim bu girilmesi gereken değerleri . Çalışma performansına gelince kapsama olarak çok başarılı diyemem özellikle 5g'de . Wifi 7 özelliği olması güzel yakın mesafelerde telefonda 800 900 mpbs değerleri görüyorum 1gbps internette , çok üst seviye bir wifi 7 router olmadığını unutmamak gerek. Bunun için çözümü yine Asus'tan RP-BE58 wifi 7 sinyal genişleticiyi alarak buldum kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ethernet kablosuna ihtiyaç duymadan direk prize takıp aynı ağı blackhaul bağlanarak aimesh kuruyor ancak ürünlerin Asus olması şart bu sebeple bu genişleticiyi seçtim aksi halde ethernetle bağlamanız gerek . 3+1 evde 5g wifida en kotu 400-500 mbps alır hale geldim. Akıllı özellikleri var akıllı Qos için kolaylıkla senaryolar gaming vs aktif edebiliyorsunuz ancak manuel elle değer vermeye çalıştığımda istediğim değerleri veremedim ben becerememiş olabilirim . Oyunlara özel port verebiliyorsunuz oyunu listeden seçip kendi otomatik atıyor bu güzel bir özellik. Mobil cihazlar için oyun modu var ancak mobilde hiç oyun oynamadığım için tecrübe edemedim. Evde benden başka oyun oynayan olmadığı için çoklu kullanımlarda performansını bilmiyorum ancak çoklu oyun kullanımlarında biraz dağılabilir hissi veriyor. Bu tarz senaryolarda daha gelişkin modeller tercih edilebilir işini iyi yapan bir ürün, son olarak asus app ile birlikte kullanımı gayet kolay.

La nuova tecnologia WiFi 7 fino a 3600 Mbps e la modulazione 4K-QAM garantiscono una banda più efficiente, con streaming e gaming fluidi anche quando la rete è molto carica. La porta da 2,5 Gbps è perfetta per sfruttare connessioni in fibra veloci o per collegare un PC/console in modo prioritario. La copertura è molto buona in un appartamento di medie dimensioni, e con il supporto ASUS AiMesh si può integrare facilmente in una rete mesh esistente per estendere il segnale in tutta la casa con un unico SSID. Le quattro antenne esterne e il design “TUF” contribuiscono a mantenere una connessione più stabile, con meno cadute e latenze più basse rispetto ai router base. Anche sotto carico prolungato il router resta stabile, grazie alla CPU quad‑core e al sistema di dissipazione pensato per funzionare molte ore al giorno. L’interfaccia ASUS è completa ma abbastanza intuitiva: tramite app o browser si configurano rapidamente QoS adattivo, priorità di traffico per i giochi (Gear Accelerator, modalità Mobile Game) e port forwarding in pochi passaggi. Molto apprezzata la parte di sicurezza: rete dedicata per dispositivi IoT, possibilità di creare SSID separati per i bambini e integrazione VPN su subnet dedicate offrono un buon controllo senza complicazioni eccessive. In più, il router può diventare il cuore di una smart home sicura, con gestione centralizzata di più reti. È importante ricordare che questo modello non ha modem integrato: non supporta ADSL/VDSL/FTTC o telefonia VoIP, quindi va collegato a un modem esterno del provider tramite cavo Ethernet. Per chi cerca un unico dispositivo “modem+router” potrebbe non essere la scelta giusta, ma se si vuole separare modem e router per avere prestazioni e flessibilità superiori è un’ottima soluzione. Nel complesso lo consiglio a chi vuole portare la propria rete domestica o da gaming a un livello superiore, sfruttando WiFi 7 e le funzioni avanzate ASUS senza arrivare ai prezzi dei modelli top di gamma.
