Refrigerator Door Gasket Custom Made Magnetic Seal for Freezer

This was delivered before the due date. The quality was very good. Just follow the fitting instructions, you need to be patient with the fitting. At first my 14cu ft chest freezer lid did not close properly so I had to put some weights on it all around and it took 2days for the magnet and 'rubber' seal to settle down and take it's final seating. Considering my chest freezer was made in 1970 I was exceedingly pleased to extend it's life. It has sat in an outdoor store and garage all it's life and has 'mechanical' not electronic controls, which are not affected by 'electrical supply spikes', and has a super freezer section and deep baskets. Something that you can't but today. So the great fitting seal was just what I needed and it was well worth the money. I had good customer service to get the specification correct.

To purchase this item was one of my poorest decisions. The packaging put me on alert. The seal was rolled up in a ball & had no fitting instructions. It was virtually impossible to fit (which should have been a simple task). I was so annoyed I binned it & ordered a replacement from Neff which I should have done at the beginning. Not happy & out of pocket. I missed the opportunity to return the item. A lesson learned!! Vincent Roughan

This works really well and has saved me quite a bit of cash compared to the original part. I did need to use a heat gun to bring the rubber seal back into shape, as originally it would not create a seal around the fridge, however, the heat gun worked a treat and brought the seal back into shape.

First off, customer service is next to none. Absolutely brilliant. They made sure what I was ordering was all correct too. It was the exact size I ordered. It came a little creased but by morning it had sorted itself out and the magnets were all good. Perfect, thank you

Absolutely lost for words how rubbish this is. Comes rolled up like a ball. All damaged and impossible to fit. Waste of money. Too long to arrive. Its gone in the bin as its a non refundable item although I never knew that when bought it. What a joke! Fuming!!
