This seems to be marketed as a sperm motility supplement but from what I can tell from researching the ingredients it is simply a great supplement to take daily for overall health. Each ingredient has its own set of benefits. L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring chemical in the human body that helps turn fat into energy. Vitamin C we all know. It helps maintain cell health, healthy skin, faster healing, etc. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect from free radicals. Folic Acid helps the body produce red blood cells and DNA.
