Product looks just like they said it would. Sometimes things are a lot smaller than they are made to appear. Packaging was great . Very well protected. The shipping didn't really provide information and it took a little longer than most items but was worth the wait. A very nice momento to remember 14 years with a great dog! Rest in peace Thunder.
