Muffins arrived quickly, but why do they seem underdone and mushy? Heating them in oven to crisp them up made them worse. Anyone else?

This is a little unusual for us. Usually the muffins do very well unless the package was sitting somewhere in transit where it was extremely hot or humid conditions. If frozen when received and then taken out later they will recover. We try to avoid this happening by placing special thermal wrap and ice packs in the shipping box for freshness. If you can freeze them and see if that helps. If not please contact us through Amazon and we will make sure you are satisfied.
