Although it operates as it should, the materials are good, I've used it several times And it did the jobs easily. Ram returns properly to closed or down position smoothly. But closer attention should be paid to the ram adapter in the base of the ram only. The hole is slightly to small to accept the normal ram accessories that have not changed industry-wide that I know of, secindly, tapping only a 1/4" hydraulic fluid inlet ( where to he hose attached to the eam is too small in the 10 on level. All my other rams are 3/8" so it is an odd whole size likely will need to buy a 3-6$ adapter prior to use for the first time. 1/4" sized inlet for me ends at the 5 ton level. Ive straightened frames in automotuve since 1993 and still do it today. Love the challenge
