This book is truly amazing on so many levels. Not only does it have an immersive sci-fi story, but it is also gracefully executes the delicate task of being entertaining and simultaneously incredibly educational and spiritually edifying throughout. Embedded in the story you encounter the rich hagiography and spirituality of the Coptic Orthodox Church.Although the story is spiritual in nature, it also delves into issues related to technology that, while not feasible currently, will inevitably be possible in the not so distant future given how quickly technology is evolving these days. Therefore, it is imperative that there be a dialogue and awareness about these issues in order to properly prepare the current and future generations to not be taken away from our essential unity with Our Lord Jesus Christ.This book will go down as one of the great books of Coptic fiction literature which is newly emerging these days and this book will also through God's grace serve as an inspiration for many gifted Coptic writers to follow in the example that Daniel Hanna and other Coptic writers have set by gifting the world with these works. May God reward Daniel greatly for this work and may He bless and reward all who endeavor to follow in like manner of blessing us with wonderful stories that point our eyes back to Him. To the talented author Daniel Hanna I say thank you and to God be the glory always.

This book sheds light on many pervasive societal illnesses while remaining accessible and entertaining. Without being preachy or arrogant, it highlights the patterns of forgetfulness and escapism that cause social fragmentation. The narrative is engaging and the setting is vibrant and vividly described, I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for an enjoyable yet thoughtful read.

Neo-Kemet was incredibly captivating, maintaining suspense throughout. I couldn’t put it down, eager to see what happened next. It brilliantly depicts how AI and virtual reality can become addictive, making you lose touch with reality. A fantastic read!

For many years there has been a need within the Coptic community for imaginative works of fiction which discuss spiritual themes. Daniel Hanna's work fits beautifully within this genre. The story is a great blend of a high pace chase, sci-fi and the spiritual lessons of the Desert Fathers. I look forward to more of these great kinds of stories!

Although we are provided with a thrilling adventure through the lives of the characters, we must also be aware of the spiritual content of this great work. It is clear the author intends not only to inspire interest into his peoples cultural heritage, but a deeper devotion to the foundation of that culture, that being the faith of our fathers which continues to reverberate through the bones of their descendants.Neo-Kemet has been a great companion in my contemplation of the Lord and the beautiful gifts He has presented to us. Take time not only to journey with our heros in this story but to explore your faith as they do theirs.

Reading this was easy and delightful. I highly recommend this to anyone grappling with what it means to be a Christian (and more specifically a Copt) in today's rapidly changing world. The conversations about discovering one's authentic identity and navigating that crisis in a technological landscape where the boundaries between the real and virtual are constantly being blurred were more than insightful. The story is an action-packed adventure where the protagonists embark on a spiritual journey to rediscover their identity and the role they each play in the greater narrative of the Church's existence in a Post-Christian technocracy.
