First, I’m not paid or sponsored. I just wanted to give MY opinion and experience. I’ve been using this since February 2026. After 3 days I noticed some small positive changes. My hair became less brittle. Also, my energy became more steady. My skin does feel a bit more bouncy as well. Mostly though, when I take this collagen I feel sturdier. I have small injuries often from abnormally stretchy ligaments and a lot of pain excessive wear-and-tear on my body, due to a lifetime of sports and just not taking care of myself or my recovery like I should have been doing. I take this 2x a day and feel like a human. If I don’t take it I feel dull and achy, then within about 10-20 mins of taking it, I feel strong again. I tried a few other collagen brands and some work, like basic collagen peptides, but the liquid Zena Nutrition one did nothing for me except make my hair and skin nice. I wanted to try it because it’s a bit less costly, but, my body felt like crap and I took multiple extra servings of it to chase the effects of how this one makes me feel. Also, I really have been able to lose and keep off a few pounds. I bounce between 152 and 146. I initially got down to 143 while I usually have to starve myself for that number and now my body naturally is at 144 and when I eat less the previous day i wake up at 141 lbs! I can eat more, but I don’t need to because this does really well at curbing my appetite and making me not so hungry. I crave sugar quite a bit less and I’ve struggled with sugar addiction my entire life. Additionally, it tastes great. I mix it with a flavored magnesium/ ashwaganda/ calm powder at night and I sleep like a baby, deep and pain free. Also, if you despise taking pills, which I do because I have a sensitive stomach, then this will make you look forward to taking it. It is expensive for my budget, but improved quality of life is a reasonable trade off.

I’ve been using this liquid collagen consistently, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I’ve noticed visible improvements in both my skin and my hair. My skin looks healthier and more hydrated, and my hair feels stronger and looks shinier. One of the things I love most is the taste. It’s pleasant and not overly sweet like some other liquid collagen products I’ve tried. I actually look forward to drinking it each morning. I enjoy it hot like a cup of tea, add water, stir and drink. Another huge plus is the value. I previously used a much more expensive brand, and this has given me comparable -if not better- results at a much better price. It definitely gives me more bang for my buck. This stuff works fast! I've been taking a different type of liquid collagen which tastes amazing but it's been too costly for the monthly membership. Was taking it the same way I'm taking this product... Mixed in with GLUTAMINE & CREATINE with BERBERINE pills, I have leaky gut too so I need something to help heal it not just control it. While with the other product it has taken a while to notice the difference? But it did helped., was taking it it for 3 months tbh. This stuff... I'm on week two same bottle and noticed the difference right away same mixture glutamine & creatine with BERBERINE pills mixed in with water on an empty stomach in the morning or at night ( I take it at night) my stomach has been healed faster no indigestion, gas, I'm not as hungry and noticed some dark spots fading on my face. Bonus! I can feel my clothes getting loose which is amazing I haven't weighed myself but the clothes don't lie. I still eat what I want but much less portions. Now this stuff mixed in with what I'm taking it with will make you go to bathroom A LOT! I was taking it twice a day and had to cut back to once a day. It does taste like peach candy and everything dissolves better with this product as it didn't with the other liquid collagen I was taking. I highly recommend this stuff I'm going to be buying more of it

I like this stuff I had bought it for a month and I did notice the difference right away with my eyebrows and eyelashes, but then I had seen another product and I wanted to try that it was a powder and it was good but I did not see a difference right away and it also had an appetite suppressant, but I don’t feel like it really worked as well. This one I take 2 tablespoons in the morning after I drink a cup of coffee or tea and I’m not hungry until about four or 5 PM. I do eat little snack snacks, but it has curved my hunger and right away. I noticed a difference with my eyelashes and eyebrows which are really sparse to begin with so it’s nice to see them filling in I put this on an auto order so I can keep taking it because I really do like it and the flavor is really great great.

I’ve been really happy with this liquid collagen! It has a pleasant taste, is easy to take every day, and fits perfectly into my routine. The quality is excellent, and the bottle lasts a good amount of time. I also love that it’s made for women and includes ingredients that support overall wellness. I received this product this morning and of course I couldn’t wait to try it out. I chose to use the measuring spoon and not dilute in any drink. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Yes I like it. I did notice that this product has definitely curved my sweet tooth and trust me I love snacking on sweets. Shocking I didn’t miss that urge today and I loved the boost of energy I had. I believe I made a good choice in the purchase of this supplement. I needed something to help me accomplish weight management and I think this will help. I will set up subscription to continue on this journey.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. Being 62 post menopausal on HRT because menopause will suck the life out of u. I'm really bad not to leave reviews so I'm trying to be more proactive and review items. So I started this in March. I wasn't paying attention to myself but when summer arrived I started noticing my legs. Because I was now wearing shorts and tank tops. Many of them ching and came across this one. It was too costly and after the 1st bottle I subscribed. I could totally tell the diff. My hairdresser says my hair has tripled n thickness just since Nov. I I'm very glad I discovered this one. Great taste and it works. My skin isn't nearly as dry as it had been 🌟💫⭐✨

I’ve really enjoyed this liquid collagen. The peach flavor tastes great mixed with water, making it easy to drink every day. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is in my hair—it’s healthier, growing faster, and friends, family, and coworkers have all commented on the change. I haven’t noticed any weight loss, but for supporting healthy hair, I’m very pleased with the results.
