Brilliant Alcohol Free Cough Medicine
Brilliant. Works fast. Tastes good. Absolutely no alcohol or sugar. Brilliant.

Oddly effective!
I use the Broncho stop pastels and find them very good, this cough mixture is weirdly good as well. Nothing medicinal in it really just herbs so you ca take it with any other meds Would recommend for a dry or productive cough or a septic throat. Very soothing.

Effective product, inconsiderate and untrue delivery
Product great but drive simply left on doorstep seconds after knocking - and had the nerve to say he'd handed it to customer. Sorry but there is no other way of complaining about deliveries.

Natural… but Surprisingly Powerful! A Family Cold-Season Hero
I’ll be honest — when I saw how natural Broncho 5in1 Multi-Symptom Action Syrup (200ml) is, I didn’t expect miracles. But wow… this completely proved me wrong. This syrup has been an absolute lifesaver in our house. It tackled everything we threw at it — from those annoying tickly coughs that won’t let you sleep, to full-on hacking coughs and chesty ones that just linger forever. And it didn’t just stop at coughs either — we noticed real relief from the whole cold package: sore throat, runny nose, sniffles, even that heavy-headed feeling. It doesn’t taste particularly yummy, but it’s not unpleasant either — no complaints or fuss taking it, and as my grandma always said, “if it tastes nice, it probably won’t work”… this works so I guess she was right! What really impressed me is that it works across the whole family. No fuss, no complaints, and no sugar or alcohol — which is a huge bonus. There’s also a children’s version available, which we’ve tried as well and would definitely recommend. It’s rare to find something that feels gentle and natural and actually delivers proper results — but this does exactly that.
