Just got it and I love it.

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. I am a REAL person giving this review. There are ZERO recipes in this book — NONE ZILCH NADA. For instance take the next to last photo in my review… look at the “recipe” for gingerbread cookies. Baking is precise. So where are the measurements?And the last page is the completely useless index.andHow did this get published on July 4th and conveniently get 60+ reviews in 3 days with in 5 days of each other? Impossible for a non-marketed little publisher book. Read all the actually reviews And note the same language & grammar patterns of ALL the reviews. Also look at the names of the reviewers and their other reviews… odd indeed.I’m returning. Do yourself a favor and buy Mosby’s Handbook of herbal And natural supplements. Now THAT is complete and comprehensive including contraindications which are mightily helpful when treating health issues with natural remedies.,

The content of material in this book is Irrelevant and had a hard time making any sense. I was not impressed with the writing scope of this book.
