Monitor's great! Maybe some of the accessories could use some work.
I really like this monitor. I've been using 1080p as my native resolution since college (back in 2008 at least) so going to 1440p is the first resolution upgrade I've done in over 15 years. I originally had ordered a pair of 1440s from LG but after reading some remarks about the dynamic contrast being locked I bailed on those and ordered these, despite never having ever bought anything from KTC before. This monitor seems to satisfy everything I wanted to accomplish the jump (a larger screen space over 27" to accommodate the increase in pixels while also supporting the higher refresh rate and VESA AdaptiveSync features of my 27" gaming monitors). The monitor is also brighter than I was expecting. 1440p at 32" has a denser PPI than 1080p at 27", meaning text looks cleaner on this monitor than the 27" displays I was using (I've been told that at 32", 1440p is more comparable to using 1080p on a 24" canvas in terms of PPI). The default color temp is maybe a bit on the cool side but it can be adjusted (the default for "User" seems to suit me). I ordered two of these, one for each of my gaming setups, and neither of them have any dead pixels. The description says "165 Hz" but in actuality I managed to run this thing at 180 Hz (which means it's a 165 Hz panel overclocked). I notice the thumbnail for the product says "180 Hz" so go by that. If I had to complain about anything I'd say the accessories leave a little more to be desired. The base is one of those three-point things that looks cool but creates some awkward situations with your keyboard if you have to put the monitor directly onto the desk where your keyboard lives. It takes up less space than I was expecting but I still think I might go for a flatter base. However more importantly the base isn't height-adjustable, which can create issues if you have to set your monitor on a surface where you might want it lower or higher to meet your eye level (it is tilt-adjustable at least, which helps with the desk where I had to put it on a higher ledge). More than the flat base I think this is what would motivate me to get an aftermarket stand solution. Furthermore the complaints about the short DisplayPort cable in the box are indeed correct. For my setups this isn't an issue, they can reach the port without difficulty, but you definitely may need to consider buying longer cables to handle that if your PC isn't directly below your monitor like mine is. Additionally I'd like to say the cable connecting the power brick to the monitor is also really short. There's a decent chance yours could end up dangling if it can't reach the floor from your desk, even if the cable you run from the plug to the brick isn't short.

If your audio is low, then here is what to do.
I have no complaints so far, the color is decent and so is its consistency. I will say it is good for what it was priced at the time it was brought and the size is great for me, I would not buy more than a 27inch. The brightness is great, I still have that at default and the quality is great as well. Now, if your monitors audio is low here is what I want you to do. Open the monitors menu, with the button in the back, read how to use it on your screen at the side. Then, go System set, then click on audio and turn it max. Next, go to your windows settings, make sure you have “Loudness Equalization” on for you monitor with the rest of the options that are also under Enchantments off. You should get a great boost in audio quality.

If using a PS5, get something with more!
This budget gaming monitor does have a lot of bang for buck...... BUT...... there are few negatives that for me totally kill my time with this monitor. Let's start with the PROS: -1440p and 120fps for a steal of a price! -Clear picture with lots of gaming features even when using PS5. -Excellent build quality. -Tilt adjustment works well. -Gaming features are that of which you'd expect. Now the CONS: -HDR is horrible and not bright enough to be beneficial in general colors are washed out looking and dull. I never used it as colors popped way more without. -Very bad artifacts when playing something with fast movement and vibrant color (like Madden) like really bad! It literally was the thing that made me go back to my 4K TV. -Smudging like a watercolor painting smeared before dry. -No built in speakers. -No HDMI 2.1 Summary: Basically if you are coming from a 4K 60hz TV just save up for something with HDMI 2.1 and VRR support because everything else has its negatives! All in all good budget gaming monitor if upgrading from 1080p monitor or a crappy FHD display. But coming from a Samsung 50in 4K 60hz TV it has to many cons to satisfy my needs the 120fps was nice but not enough games use it for me to outweigh the CONS I mentioned.

This is better than other panels I've paid 3x the amount!
This monitor is hands down the best value for what you pay for! 1440p is the Goldilocks zone for gaming and getting the best frame rates. When I started researching the best 1440p monitor this one came up several times on reddit and for less than $200, without a discount, I decided to buy it. The peak brightness is insane and color depth incredibly vivid. There's a slight light bleeding on the bottom left corner of the panel but it's only noticeable rare occasions. The fast refresh rate is great for gaming and makes the experience buttery smooth. Theres no noticable input delay at all and it's great for fps games where every millisecond counts. This is a 10/10 for and I highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Value for the Price
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, I wasn't expecting this much quality for the price. The monitor looks great, the QHD resolution is sharp, and the high refresh rate makes gaming feel very smooth. I've been using it with both my PC and Xbox, and everything has worked perfectly so far. The curved screen adds a nice immersive touch, especially in games. Colors look good, the image is clear, and setup was quick and easy. If you're looking for a good QHD gaming monitor without spending a fortune, this is definitely worth considering. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great visuals, but occasional flickering at high settings
This monitor honestly made my games look completely different in the best way. Titles like The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, and even Watch Dogs 2 look way more vibrant, sharp, and immersive on this display. The curved screen really pulls you in, and the overall visual quality is impressive for the price. That said, I’ve noticed some flickering issues when running at 1440p with the refresh rate set to 144Hz. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it’s noticeable enough to mention. Overall, it’s a great monitor for gaming and visuals, but there’s a small drawback if you’re pushing it at max settings.

a good budget-friendly monitor
I bought this during a pre-Black Friday sale: an Amazon "Lightening Deal" combined with a KTC coupon that dropped the price well below $200. So, my positive response to the H32S17 is partly based on the big discount I got for my purchase. The monitor is the advertised 32 inch width. The bezels are very small, about 2 mm; however, the panel has a small, black border, which is never utilized. So the border around the display area extends another 5 mm around the left, right, and top. So, the max viewing area, measured by the diagonal corners is 31.5 inches. The build quality is solid plastic for the monitor, and the monitor base does use metal. I can't speak to the amount of adjustment the monitor has on its base since I have mine on a 3rd-party VESA mount. The 1500R curvature is very gentle. I use the monitor up close and viewing content from a distance up to 10 feet away, and the curvature isn't annoying. Be aware, since the panel is a VA, the viewing angles aren't as wide as with an IPS or OLED panel. But there is some viewing angle, especially if you are viewing content from a bigger distance. You don't need to be directly dead center in front of the monitor to get a good viewing experience. The out-of-the-box calibration of H32S17 is not good. You will have to adjust such things like the color hue, saturation, gamma, brightness, and contrast to fit your environment. Some have complained that VA panels aren't very bright. I'm happy with the brightness of this monitor. I never have the brightness maxed out, and I often lower it to 85 - 75% depending on what I'm watching and how dark my office is at any given time. When I finally got it adjusted, the display is vibrant with good color saturation and deep blacks. This wasn't clear when I researched the monitor, so I will confirm that the H32S17 has an overdrive mode that has 4 different speeds. I currently have it on the highest speed, but all the levels do influence the gray-to-gray response times differently. So, this monitor, like any VA, will have some black smearing, but the overdrive, plus the high refresh rate, will mitigate it some. I'm satisfied with the low level of smearing, but I don't play high-level FPS games where smearing would cause problems. I do use the monitor for productivity. Text clarity is very good, whether reading black text on white backgrounds or white text on black backgrounds. I was a little concerned about that when I bought the monitor, but it has exceeded my expectations in this aspect. If you have a decent PC and GPU that can push high frame rates, I recommend connecting the monitor to your GPU with the display port. With a DP connection, the monitor provides a stable 180 frames, which is even higher than the advertised 165-170 hz. I'm extremely happy with that. Overall, this is a budget-friendly monitor that is good for multiple purposes (viewing content, casual gaming, and productivity). It won't compare to the best IPS and OLED monitors, but, for what I paid, I believe I got a quality product.

Excelente monitor!!

Do Not But - False Advertisement
Do Not Buy! This isnt real, the pictures shown all show 1920 x1080p but is advertised as 2560 x 1440p, This is not a 2K monitor and should not be advertised as such.

Me gustó pero...
Me gustó la calalidad de la imagen, los juegos corren muy fluidos. Lo único malo y que me decepciono fueron los altavoces. Prácticamente es un susurro. Quitando eso me gustó.

No worth the asking price, buts it's ok.
Its actually ok, but from what I'm told from friends who know there stuff. This was not worth the price...there are better and cheaper stuff out there. I'm keeping this though of course. 3 stars due to no hdmi and design flaw. The dp cord can only go in one way and u can't access the unlock button on cord...had to yank the cord out,..like wtf??
