Great product. I have bad breath during fasting. So at the beginning of the fast I have this and it keep the mouth fresh for atleast 4 to 5 hours which is great after which maybe a person can have another one if needed. It's good keeps the mouth fresh n clean no plague builds up teeth feel fresh. Go for it. There are some probiotic strains which are good for fresh breath in the mouth. Improves overall oral health. Do not worry about negative reviews they have no knowledge about probiotics.
