This set is fantastic for improving speed, agility, and coordination. The poles are sturdy, the ladder is perfect length for drills, and the cones add great versatility. The jump rope is a nice bonus for conditioning. Everything is lightweight, easy to set up, and perfect for soccer practice at home or on the field. Highly recommend!

Overall great product!! I’ve used a few times and only negative thing I could say is end caps on poles fall out so maybe add some sort of adhesive to prevent that.

We were so excited the arrival of it! Set up was easy! You can adjust the ladder distance between bars! Material good and lightweight! Spikes are sturdy and also have protective cover on it! Love the storage option ! Affordable! Wanted smg i can use at home/ in the backyard! These kids need some entertainment and it is perfect! We still need to master the jump rope skills but it is a nice addition to the set! We are happy with it!

You buy equipment like this for advanced training. Yes, it is low price. Poles crooked, springs weak, ladder is a pain to setup, cones thin and wavy, bag is nice to have. Recommend spending more for quality.
