I purchased this moisturiser meter for my indoor plants,upon receiving the item and using it I noticed that it wasn't giving me a correct reading,so after reading the instructions for the 2nd too make sure I was doing it right I emailed the company,a reply came very quickly with lots of help ,after sending them pictures of the meter ,which they asked for they then sent me a new one. All I can say is great communication,great service,I highly recommend. The new moisture meter is working perfectly, thank you very much for all the help

Wanted this mainly for the water gauge and did not want a cheap one as the reviews were not good. This one does give a fair reading of the water moisture but tends to say a pot is dry when in fact it has quite a bit of moisture; once I got used to this it’s okay. When it says a pot is wet it does tend to really mean it. So for me dry means its wet enough and wet means it’s soaking! That said I found it very useful for large pots where it’s difficult to know how wet the plant really is - I was about to water a couple of larger pots that were dry on the surface but this moisture gauge told me the pot deeper down was infact wet; so it has saved ne overwatering them.

We had a more typical version of moisture meter without a battery or electronic display. It was definitely cheaper but the down-side is that it wouldn't work. This one works like a charm and gives us a much better idea of the status of our indoor and outdoor plants.

I needed a way to tell if my plants are watered correctly.After reading many reviews, this seemed the best option.However, it just reads Dry+ in every pot. I watered one until the pot was draining, still Dry+. I even got a fresh pot with fresh compost and soaked it, still Dry+(And yes, I did remove the protective tip cover!)I didn't bother testing the other functions as without a reliable moisture test this is useless to me.Returned.....

This has been such a helpful piece of equipment for us to manage our indoor plants and also for our lawn - especially the latter as it is not healthy at all. Having this enabled us to try and get our lawn back to health and hopefully we won’t need to bring In the experts.It is very handy because it tells you all about the soil and provides various key measures and where your soil stands - so they you can continue caring for it in the same way or introducing measure to address any issues.It comes with a good set of is instructions so I recommend reading this thoroughly to get the most out of this instrument.

Bought this to test the condition of my little worm farm bin and my gardening efforts. I was a little concerned with the PH reading in my worm bin as being exactly seven and didn't seem to fluctuate. I left it in and added some fresh rain water and once it soaked down the reading lowered to 6.8 so obviously working. Temperature gauge seems ok. I'll use it over the next couple of weeks and might up my rating to a five stars if happy with it.

I have recently started a small gardening project and this soil moisture meter helps me to achieve best results from the perspective that it gives me measurements in terms of soil moisture, pH levels, temperature and light and this is important as it allows me to pay more attention to the needs that my plants have.This has been particularly useful especially considering that different plants require different amounts of watering and this way I can write everything down and besides the fact that I have a more productive garden, it also helps me understand how different plants grow.The moisture meter is accurate and helps me avoid overwatering or underwatering my plants and it is quite easy to use as I just insert it into the soil and it gives me a quick Reading.The light sensor is also useful as it allows me to understand if my plants have enough sunlight so I can move them around and in terms of the temperature Reading it helps me keep my indoor plants in the right environment.It is convenient as well as it has the battery included so I don't need to find one and since I'm using it, I did not have to change it.The design of the meter is also quite simple and it feels sturdy enough for both my indoor and outdoor plants.I am very happy that I have such a useful tool and now I can focus on growing my plants.

The battery is in the compartment, just invert and connect it, and after reading the clear and easy manual, and plugging the pointy end (remove the tip protector) in soil, just read out the data given.I have zero knowledge about plants, but my partner tried out the probe, and declared it spot on and useful (she has smart sensors in the main planters and they gave exactly the same info)It feels well built and though quite chunky, it seems rather useful to have around for the less permanent plants that don't rate a sensor of their own
