This is a really versatile gourmet cooking oil. It has a delicious flavour and toasted nutty smell. A subtle flavour ( not just a nutty taste) and seems to work with just about anything from frying an egg to pouring on ice cream, Seems to work well with curry and pasta. Have purchased this a few times and now always keep one in the cupboard to try on new dishes. It is also supposed to have some excellent health benefits. Arrived before expected.

Culinary Argan Oil is used for cooking primarily for its roasted nutty flavour. It is not used in place of Olive Oil for high temperature cooking and frying but may be used for medium heat applications such as pan frying ingredients. There have been a number of studies into the benefits of Argan Oil for health.
