EZARC Ceramic Flap Discs 40 Grit, 4-1/2 x 7/8-Inch, Type 27, 5-Pack

I don't review products often. Great flap disks. Currently doing sheetmetal and Alum work. 120grit, still using the first wheel from about a month ago. At first I though the flap area was not as thick as other discs. Used Benchmark flap discs in the past as my best. These exceeded my expectations. The other brand creates a pronounced arc across the flap surface as they wear down. These EZARC discs have strong backing and stay flat, great feature, slow wear.

Nice thread onto your grinder no silly key needed they are a must have for sharpening your mower blades not cheap like some of the others available but affordable if you want a smooth flat edge on your mower blades. Buy them you'll be happy.

I’ve gone through my fair share of flap discs over the years, but these EZARC 40-grit ceramic flap discs are on a different level. They cut fast, stay cool, and last way longer than the cheap ones that glaze over after five minutes. I use them for trailer repairs, weld cleanup, and metal prep — and they just don’t quit. The ceramic grain keeps biting even when the job gets hot, and the heavy-duty backing holds up without shredding apart like some of the bargain discs. The 40-grit has the perfect balance: aggressive enough to chew through scale and welds, but not so rough that it leaves deep gouges. I swear these things could grind through a bear trap and still ask for seconds. If you want flap discs that mean business — this is the set.

These are ok if you work by the hour. I can glue sand to toilet paper and have better and faster results

These are great quality for the money. Compare to Diablo flap wheels in quality and life for a fraction of the cost.

Purchased to rough shape the handles on 3 sets of carving knives and forks (6) total. Clogged up fairly quickly and started to burn the wood. Initially, I was impressed, but I guess the hardwoods were too soft and clogged the grit. I ended up switching back to a random orbital and spent much time doing it. So did it work? Yes, but i had hoped for a better result. For welding, it may perform as intended. ON wood it performed but sacrificed itself much sooner than expected.

je les utiliser sur mon projet a vue la difference sur le champ.sa fait 30 ans que j'essais des disque a lamelles.de tous sorte on pense que ces les meilleur. mes la je vous dit oui . ils dure trois fois plus longtemps. travaille plus facile et sauve du temps . fini les disque non a base de céramique.

Great disk, quick and easy to install.

These do not last long at all.
